Kathi is the best! She is a great person and a great agent. She helped us acquire an amazing property when we didn't think it would work out and made sure everything stayed on track with a very tight timeline. You will not find a more patient, hard working, professional, honest Realtor. Being first time home buyers is intimidating but Kathi made the process so much easier than we were expecting. I don't have the words to describe how wonderful of a person Kathi is and how good she is at her job. I have known Kathi for over 11 years; she helped me buy my first condo at a young age and skillfully navigated my lack of knowledge and my parents' desire to be a part of the process. We have maintained a close relationship since then, and just this month she helped me sell this condo, again gracefully balancing my needs and my parents'. Over the years she has become a close friend to me - almost like an aunt - not "just a relator." The next step will be buying my first single-family home and there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Kathi will come through for me in spades. I recommend her to ANYONE. She is amazing.

Kathi is a major player on my home purchasing "dream team." She knows the ins and outs of all the bay area 'hoods, is very warm and welcoming, and is very reponsive to both email and phone calls. I also appreciate that she isn't pushy. She's great at honing in on what you're looking for and even does extra homework (including scoping out places ahead of time), so that she doesn't waste your time looking at some dump. If you're in the market to buy a new pad I highly reccomend you call Kathi to help you out!

Kathi helped my husband and I buy our first home. She was very nice, knowledgeable and patient with us. Kathi understood from the beginning what we were looking for and showed us houses in the areas we did not know about. We loved working with her and would strongly recommend her.

We just bought our first home, and I highly recommend Kathi Hammill based on our experience with her. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the South Bay and guided us to the right homes in our search.
