Came to this store in dire need. Just moved to Los Gatos, had an empty home and was lucky enough to meet Shala Moss. Not only did she transform my home, but our lives! My boyfriend, who lives in SF saw what she did with my place and how good it made me feel so he had her transform his place as well!! Shala is smart, organized, classy and has an eye for design. She works with you as a team and really cares about her clients; she puts her heart into it. We love staying home now because both of our homes look fantastic. THANK YOU SHALA!!

Just had the worst customer experience at Cherie Rose. After my partner had been a 10 year customer and purchased many items over those years, we had a purchase not work when we got it home. When we went to return it we got the "no refund" policy waved in our faces with some very poor customer experience. Seemed to me like business is too good to give high quality customer service. We had the item for 24 hours and can't return it without a store credit policy. I'll go to other stores from now on.

This is right in my backyard and I visited it for the first time with a friend who was visiting. Lovely lovely store! Beautiful unique pieces for the home. I highly recommend checking it out. Cherie deserves your consideration and business.

I absolutely loved my living room draperies! Exquisitely talented woman. I love whites, Cherie told me to add a pale yellow/ off white tone fabric into the mix. I was leery at first… my room looked so glamorous!

I have worked with Cherie before . I wanted to upgrade seat cushions on my sofa . Everybody wanted to sell me a new sofa . Cheri stepped up and got a fair price for quality high end leather that remarkably matched the existing sofa pretty close it looks great . I would recommend her for custom work . I have known Cherie Rose for years We recently collaborated on some back seat cushions for my sofa sleeper . No body would touch the project . Everyone wanted me to buy a whole new sofa . Cherie said " I can do it ". Special order and the price was fair for real high end quality leather. For custom work no body will touch call the Cherie Rose Collection . Daughter is great too . Super helpful .

You are sure to find something to love here at Cherie Rose. The store has an excellent collection of unique and high quality home furnishings. Additionally, Cherie Rose has been an outstanding member of the community by donating to fundraisers. I highly recommend giving this store a browse for yourself or for a gift item. I am disappointed not to be able to award the 5th star but that is because they dropped the ball on me in my search for a small round decorative table despite my having emailed on the subject two or three times. It must have been a bad time employee-wise. I still love the establishment and you will to.
