Today I got some great help from Diego who called me right on time for our appointment. Diego knew how to help me with my retirement account and could explain the steps I needed to take. He made it easy to get the results I wanted in an efficient way. He is in the office and can help you with online matters. I highly recommend Diego who is professional and friendly.

Tamara and her assistant Michelle were extremely patient and thorough in guiding us through the process of moving our accounts to Schwab and choosing our investments. My husband and I felt very comfortable with the transactions and how secure everything is. Any questions we had later that weekend were answered promptly when calling the 800 number - they pick up 24/7! We're very pleased to have made the change to Schwab.

Absolutely no service for 2 days. They make changes in their web site you can not buy or sell and when you call they ignore you 25 year customer with 4 accounts

I'm utterly shocked at the negative reviews this branch received. This is a very trustworthy and knowledgeable set of people I've encountered in a financial setting in a few years for financial services and advising. Tamara would be my highlighted recommendation as she is able to identify and personalize your goals gradually and responsibly. I can definitely see her credentials are positively applied and wish this branch was more well known and trusted as a resourceful option as many of the team here are very experienced and are wealth management specialists for a reason. Don't not for a moment take these other comments into consideration as they seem lousy and misleading.

Got a scam letter from Charles Schwab….please be careful…(I hope the person I called at the Los Gatos office was Legit her name was Lisa and was very kind)…to inform them of the letter I received. But I’m still skeptical!

I submitted the form to add my spouse to my account a few months ago. The blonde lady took care of us. She had the form and the copies of our ID's but didn't do anything about it. I went back the other day to get a proof of our community property just to find out that they hadn't done any change to the account. It has always been an individual account. I have to go through the same process again but this time with a different brach of course

Today we walked into the office to try and get some help on investing. The receptionist was on a personal phone call. She told us no one was available. She said we can try calling, i said we have tried that. I finally told her we wanted to close our account. She asked for my license, never asked if information was valid and said you will get a check in a few days. Never hanging up on the phone. So un professional. We went down the street to Fidelity and the service was amazing. Would recommend Fidelity 100 percent of the time.

Disappointing service. I invested my retirement savings with a financial advisor at this office 1 year ago. She left a voicemail for me over 2 weeks ago stating that it was time for an annual review of the investments. She asked me to leave a message and would get back to me within 48 hours. I returned her call the next day, to her voicemail. She still has not returned my call after 2 weeks. It makes me wonder if the amount in my account isn't worth their time. Don't know. Left her a second VM today. We'll see what happens.

When you think of customer service from this branch, think EPIC FAILURE! I've had a relationship with Charles Schwab for over 30 years and the service I get when calling the 800- number to call centers is fantastic. The people in this office can't find their backsides with both hands. I only wish I could give this branch a ZERO STAR rating. My experience is many unreturned phone calls, unreturned emails, being given the wrong forms for an IRA roll-over, and having to re-do trust documents. I'm not going to name the female advisor I had at this branch but she must spend her days in a spa or at a nail salon because it's pretty clear she doesn't work.

Sneha is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and will make sure you are getting what you want and understand every step of the process. She is great at returning emails quickly as well which is extremely helpful. She even made sure all my apps were set up correctly on my phone so I could handle my investments on the go. The commitment to service at their office is also really nice in this time where most seem to be putting customer service last.

Info given on phone was not what I encountered in the Los Gatos office . I drove 1.5 hrs . to get there and was told my transaction would not be one stop as I was told .

This office doesn't know how to setup accounts or do anything basic. I've had to do things multiple times because their office told me the wrong thing or told me stuff was good when it wasn't. Save your time and go to a different office if you need to do anything administrative.

Had an IRA account/investment that went into litigation so after 6 years they no longer want to hold my account which they submitted a 1099 form and now I am paying for money to the State & Federal which I did not receive (they some how estimated an amount of value) which is still in litigation for the last 2 years. So with the estimated amount plus penalties I pay $450 a month I pay for what I am sure will end up being a huge loss to begin with...will never use or recommend Charles Schwab to anyone.

I met with Michael, a great financial adviser at Charles Schwab and he was a great help. He taught me the basics of financial investing in a way that I could understand. Michael takes his time and knows how to create a comfortable environment to help you begin the process of making important decisions. I am starting to look at retirement know that I am almost a senior (wink) and I trust him as a wise person to guide me. I had a bad experience at another Investment company (only because of the woman) and I did not get the feeling she cared. You will experience the opposite with Michael and his years of experience make him a wise choice. As a psychologist I know people and I highly recommend Michael. I secretly evaluated him and he has a solid mental health profile. Plus he has great candy to make your meetings a sweet experience. So remember to invest first and spend the rest. Patrice W.
