It is a very impressive experience to rebuild my Range Rover engine at BR Racing. Finally, my lovely car get a new life, engine operates very well, powerfully, quietly and smoothly! Mr. Bruce Todd is very professional and helpful, l appreciate his work very much!

When my GT4 motor failed on the exit of Turn 2 at Laguna Seca with just 27,000 miles on the clock, I feared it was my fault. My local Porsche Dealership quoted me $44,000 to get me back on the track. I had heard of BR Racing and I wanted to see if they were as good as their reputation. When all was said and done, Bruce and John had everything better then new for less the $18,000. At a time when so many service providers leave me disappointed, BR Racing exceeded my expectations.

They ordered my part for my BMW and told me it would be approximately one week. Four days later they called me to tell me the part was in. They then told me it should be ready tomorrow before the end of the day. They called me in the early afternoon to say it was completed. Nice to know there is a car dealership that actually communicates with you. Very satisfied.

Went in to get all four tires swapped, mounted and balanced on my Giulia and albeit it's a touch pricier compared to a regular tire shop, they did a really nice job overall.

Had a pretty terrible experience here. I worked with Bruce, who had a pompous superior attitude. They worked on my transmission. I asked multiple times to look into metal shavings which had been reported in my differential fluid and they never even checked. By the time I went to pick up the car, he let me do a test drive in the parking lot, like that was supposed to tell me anything. I could already tell it was making an unusual noise, but he was like "see, everything's fine!" I got home I still knew the car wasn't right. On top of the noise, I was getting a burning smell. I emailed Bruce about both issues and he wasn't particularly helpful, so I brought it in to my dealer. They took it for a test drive and could tell right away that there was a power steering issue responsible for the noise. How could Bruce have possibly missed that?!? They fixed it up and the noise was gone. Finally I thought the car was good to go so I took it for some performance driving. I was blowing a lot of smoke from the rear of my car at high speeds and discovered I was dripping oil. Emailed Bruce - again not helpful. I took it in to my dealer and they ran extensive diagnostics and discovered that the transmission fluid had been overfilled, which could only have happened at Bruce's shop. No one else had touched the transmission since they had worked on it. I've emailed Bruce multiple times to ask nicely to please pay for the hefty diagnostic bill, but I have received no response. Unfortunately, I will now have to go to small claims court to get them to pay for what it cost me to correct their faulty work. Stay away from these guys.

Bought a 2006 MINI Cooper S for my kid. Mechanically excellent except for hard shifts and slipping from the auto transmission that is quite common for this vehicle package. They were able to install a new valve body and solenoids, and new fluid. The hard shifts and slipping usually happened when the car warmed up. The car now shifts like it's brand new, cold or hot. I find the crew at BRRacing very informative, competent, and reasonable in their pricing. Worth the drive from Hollister where I live. Thank you Bruce and the crew at BRRacing!

Bruce and his team are top notch. I came in with a very annoying seat squeak on my Boxster and they managed to fix it in no time! I would highly recommend BR Racing to anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable service shop.

I'm blown away by the quality of the work they did here. I got a Pre Purchase Inspection for a car that I was about to buy, and they did like a forensic level analysis of every spatter of paint. "We noticed a slight overspray of the paint on the brake caliper which implies body work that wasn't reported on the Carfax." They did the inspection within the day and Bruce took his time explaining in great detail every single thing they discovered with the car and what I should ask for from the dealer before finalizing the purchase. He clearly had a deep love and knowledge of cars, and was very helpful. I was recommended this shop by a friend and I completely see why.

I wish I could give no stars to this auto shop. I took my car in over 3 weeks ago after hearing about how good they were. The owner, Bruce, came out, looked at my car, and said he would send me a quote by the end of the day. But no quote ever came. After waiting over a week with no contact, I went back to the store and spoke to the manager again. He apologized and promised he'd get me a quote by the end of the day. Black Friday has come and gone, along with an amazing sale in the exhaust I wanted And I STILL have not received my quote from the 3 times I was promised one. It's now been over 3 weeks of being strung along and I refuse to believe they are THIS disorganized and incompetent. It is clear they either never intended to follow up in hopes that I'd forget and miss the sale, or they're so poorly managed that they lost track of my quote request multiple times. Either way, it speaks volumes as to how little they value customer service. I definitely DO NOT recommend bringing your vehicle here if you hope for any kind of follow up or punctuality. You'll apparently just be ignored and forgotten.

I took my ‘05 Mini Cooper to BR Racing for repairs, I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional suspension work that elevated the car's handling to new heights. What pleasantly surprised me was the unexpected custom work on the muffler installation, keeping the car’s original look. The repairs not only restored the car's performance but also infused it with a distinctive personality, making it an even more enjoyable ride. Kudos to the skilled technicians for turning a maintenance visit into an upgrade that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend.

I needed some work done on my GT3 before a track day. I live in Seattle and found BRacing based on their solid reputation in the motorsports community. They were terrific. Work was done on time, I enjoyed talking cars with Bruce, and I knew they understood track cars when the tech started doing a nut and bolt check on my suspension before I asked him to. I am picky about who works on my track car, and I absolutely would not hesitate to use BR Racing again or recommend them to a friend. Great shop.

I've been coming here for 7 years and have appreciated the personal and professional service here. The work is always explained thoroughly or options discussed at length, the work is quality and done within the timeframe discussed. I've also done a few upgrades and appreciated help deciding how to upgrade tires and wheels for my car.

I've had my car serviced by BRracing for two years now. The service and inspections are detailed and they always return the car when they say they will. They don't try to sell you things you don't need and they give straight, no non-sense pricing. They are, not only equipped with every tool one could possibly need for factory quality repairs, but they have the knowledge required to perform the repairs to higest possible standard. From what I can tell, they are truly the "real deal" - complete experts in their field.If you own a high performance German vehicle like Porsche, BMW, Audi...then I highly recommend you get to know Bruce and his team at BRRacing.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I called for an appointment and they were two weeks out; no worries. Made the appointment and brought the car in for service. 3 days later Bruce emailed me that they inspected the car (1 hour of labor), and we confirmed a path forward for repair.Two weeks later, I followed up for a status. Bruce replied that they had other appointments and hadn’t gotten to my car yet but would “get it done”. I check back week-after-week with no reply. I call and leave a message with Trevor for Bruce to call me for a status and plan, again no reply.After over 5 weeks without progress, a status for a plan forward, or even a call or email reply, I pick the car up and thank Trevor for their analysis.If you do not have an established relationship and trust with this business, I do not recommend you start one at this facility.Services: Transmission
