Brandon was our sales agent for the house in Redwood City and he did a great job selling it in record time for more than the asking price at the time when sellers did no longer rule. He clearly knew what needed to be done to attract buyers, formulated the plan to prepare the house and coordinated activities to get everything done, from minor fixes to final inspection. Moving, selling and buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences in life and it was extremely helpful to have Brandon keep things steady, organized and executed in a timely fashion. It also helped to know that if legal or any other help was needed the Oldman group had it covered. So, with many thanks to Brandon, we highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent.

Brandon is an amazing agent! As first time home buyers, we were so lucky to be paired with him on Zillow. Brandon was extremely patient and spent extra time teaching us about the home buying process. He spent many hours walking us through disclosures and important documents for drafting offers, helping us learn a great deal about real estate. We were searching in a low inventory market, and after only a couple months, we were able to find the perfect home on only our third offer! Brandon was extremely communicative throughout the whole process, willing to show us homes after hours on many occasions and always available by text or phone call for any questions or concerns. He kept us in the loop every step of the way when placing offers on homes and communicating with the sellers agents. He also helped us present strong offers but never pressured us. Brandon always had our best interests in mind which was very comforting as a first time home buyer. He wanted to make sure we secure the perfect home for us, and he did just that! We highly recommend Brandon to anyone searching for a home in the difficult Bay Area market - he is an expert in real estate across all parts of the Bay and we feel so lucky to have been able to work with him!
