We are Pilates based Physical Therapy Services. Our goal is to help clients achieve a more dynamic body. We offer 1:1 appointments for 1 hour. Strong functional base of care utilizing manual therapy, and neuromuscular techniques, with some modalities such as e-stim, micro current, taping, and laser as indicated. Immediate improvement is our desired impact from day 1 of treatment.
We bill insurance for you, as out-of network providers. We also offer cash discounts for those who self-insure or have high deductibles.
In the Pilates studio, our instructors are available for individual and small group classes utilizing balanced body equipment and following the Joseph Pilates method.
