Awesome and unique. It doesn't get any classier than Randy the owner! Go and treat yourself.

Today I stopped by in this lovely store to purchase several items for my events and home. The owner of the store was very grumpy and scolded me multiple times. She is an elderly woman. I complimented an item and took a couple of pictures for my clients but the owner screamed at me saying that the pictures are not allowed! I didn't see any signs so I was shocked. Placing a sign instead of screaming would be nicer! I walked away saying that she was not friendly, she continued screaming at me in the parking lot saying that I was stealing her ideas, "Go get your own ideas!" She screamed loudly as people watched her. I am glad I wasn't hit by her because she approached me in a wild manner. I was scared for my well being and decided to leave. I spent $500+ in this store previously. Too bad that the owner is mentally unstable because I do not want to shop in a stressful environment. Stay away! Stay safe! P.S. I shared my review on my FB and apparently the owner is notorious as a rude, mean and discriminative in the town Los Gatos! People said she is an active Trump supporter and tried to make Los Gatos not inclusive.

Incredibly overpriced and disappointing shopping experience overall. Wish their inventory was more interesting and unique-- I've been several times over the years and it's always the same types of things.

I was disappointed to see that a review I wrote (as well as the sardastic response from owners) was removed. It does not suffice to say, but quiet complicity with beliefs antithetical to kindness rule at this establishment.

Where do I start with this sad excuse of a business? They are far from classy and sophisticated, as they claim to be in their store and on their social media profiles. My friend and I were in there a few weeks ago after having lunch in the area and I have never left a store feeling as horrible as I have. The two people who were supposedly working there ignored us for the first 5 minutes we were, gossiping and obviously in no want to actually work or be decent to customers. My friend asked a question about an item and they just said: "yeah it's over there somewhere, look around". Like really? Is it that hard to actually help a customer? After a few more attempts of engagement and literally just being followed around the store in a creepy way, We ended up leaving shortly after because no one would help us in a polite or normal way. I couldn't shake the horrible service and looked up their social media, hoping this was not a common thing. Well, based on the white nationalist/right-wing ideals being posted on a business page, the owner promoting her "classy" personal life, and also extremely rude replies to anyone who dares to call them out on their behavior, it all adds up They either think this behavior is ok or they don't understand this behavior online can actually have consequences. If you wanted to be treated like a human being, or simply not white & right leaning, stay away!!!

Over priced faux rich people tchotchkes - I think the lady that runs it might be a white nationalist - read her website description of her store name - my mom used to like it here, till it changed -

This shop does have some nice pieces. However, the attitude of the staff and the owner of this shop are so off-putting that I never want to come back. I have been in there three times in the last year and the snootiness is unreal! It is so easy (and safer) to shop online at home, why would I get in my car, drive to this store and be treated like I should be grateful they let me in? No thanks.

Beautiful store with wonderful, quality items. Every time I go in, I buy something. Gorgeous displays and kind, polite staff. Best home decor store in Los Gatos by far!

I echo the thoughts of other shoppers; rude staff, uppity snobby owner. Worst of all (and yes this flavors the shopping experience and influences consumers) the owner R.Zanardi is a racist, elitest holier-than-thou socialite wannabe. If you don't "look" the part of a wealthy Los Gatos resident, the staff won't give you the time of day. These way overpriced oddball trinkets & decor and attempt at an upscale shop are definitely not worth their price tags. I or my friends would never give this business owner money. She wants to be high class but comes off pretentious, and tops it off with a elitest/racist attitude - - harrassing & hateful comments to locals, and on her other social media (i.e. instagram). No shop's products are worth patronizing that type of business owner. "white" products are appropriately representative. ;) Plus if you look at some of the items and do your research online, you will find far better prices elsewhere even if the item is within your realm of taste & decor. PLENTY of other customer-friendly, diverse, and welcoming business owners in Los Gatos and elsewhere that are worth your business, time, and money.

Insanely racist owner who posts racist, Trump fueled rants on Instagram... seems really good for business looking at this Yelp page. I'd rather go literally anywhere else for tacky home decor that screams KK

Bianco is a charming shop in downtown Los Gatos that I have enjoyed visiting over the past 10 years. Every time I have been in the store, it has always been a wonderful experience. The merchandise in the store is unique and beautiful, and the service has always been friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Bianco to find lovely items for your home as well as special gifts for friends and family.

Rude and disappointing visit to nearby home boutique. First of all- NO masks. A friend and I went to shop for bracelets for a lunch and to also return a gift she only just received in it's wrapped box. My friend kindly asked to return the scarf as she already had one, and could she please have store credit or exchange she was rudely told and loudly, "Oh no, not after Covid! Our customers would not like that!" Customers? Well, the item was untouched in the box. At the very least, they could have said sure and put the scarf with it's attached tags in the back for a week. That would have gone a long way towards customer goodwill. And we know Covid isn't spread through a clothing item, but we do know it's spread by your breath yet the owner was telling us this with NO MASK ON! I don't think we've ever felt so badly treated. The owner and her people were bitchy and unkind and it didn't need to be that way.

I was told that I wasn't welcome in and my money isnt any good. It felt like I was watching a movie from 1950. I've never been told that before. Shocking that the city of Los Gatos has a business that would conduct this way.Not an ally. Careful. Sundays they host events for Trump supporters. I hope your experience is better than mine.In response to the owner:Its comical that I would be accused of not wearing a mask. Must be the new scapegoat for horrible service. Since you recall my presence, what was I wearing..? Are you able to tell me how I dressed?
