I’m so sad with this store. I had such a bad experience. This place has no integrity. Prices aren’t congruent with the ones of the brands they sell. They ripped me off without shame.They are shady and dishonest. They took more money than what’s listed online on the brand’s website and they tricked me into wearing their merchandise out and removed the tags so I didn’t have a record of what I bought. When confronted about it they gaslighted me into thinking that’s the law. It is so unfair it feels like bullying. They just offered a small discount when what’s right was to sell the item for the right price. The reality is that this store unlawfully made money of me and on top made me feel guilty over reaching out to ask what’s right to be done.

I love this store! My daughter and I saw something great in the window on a Sunday( closed) We went back the following weekend on a Saturday and enjoyed seeing that item and so much more! The service was really delightful and extremely thoughtful. We were not expecting to buy anything but were so thrilled with our findings they became purchases ( we have worn our items all week!) I really appreciate courtesy and we want to go back to continue to support Such an uplifting place.. Great quality and frankly a refreshing shopping experience! I highly recommend it. Please patronize stores that care about quality customer service. Hope to see you there!

Bella Rosa Boutique is an excellent place to find an outfit for any occasion. The store has a large selection of designs and sizes, and the staff is really educated and courteous. They go above and above to assist customers in finding the perfect outfit and provide expert style guidance. The apparel is of high quality, and the prices are affordable given the degree of craftsmanship. Alterations are also available at the boutique to ensure a perfect fit. Overall, Bella Rosa Boutique is a must-see for anyone searching for a stunning outfit and first-rate service.

Best boutique in the Bay Area. Excellent customer service and selection. I love that the styles/products Gina brings in are so diverse. You'll find fashion that will take you from day to night, and for any season. Sale racks are epic. Shop small, support your local business and look chic while doing it!

My daughter and I love Bella Rosa. We love their selection and customer service. Their merchandise is different, unique and they always have a sale rack. Gina, the owner, is so sweet and helpful. We always look forward to shopping at Bella Rosa. It's the best.
