“I've been a long time customer at Chase but I rarely go into their offices anymore. I recently opened a business checking account and had the best customer service experience at this location. We met with An Nguyen who explained their accounts and provided the best options to make their services work for us. Later we met with Hugh Wong to open a business CD account and once again, everything was exceptional. Hugh made sure I had access to my accounts, which was great foresight to reduce any possible frustrations later. I was very impressed that all details were considered and potential issues were removed. I am happy I moved my business accounts to Chase.”

“The Los Gatos US Bank on Santa Cruz Ave was a pleasurable experience. We discovered this bank and branch while searching for a "Coveted" safebox. We made an appointment. The branch manager and his assistant J J were both ready to support our needs when we arrived. In about an hour, we opened a checking account, savings account, and rented the safebox that as well. There is plenty of parking in an otherwise difficult area due to all the other wonderful businesses and restaurants in the area. All in all, it was a fine experience. I plan to go back to this branch and open a business account soon.”

“I recently discovered Rajini Agastya at Well Fargo and she has been wonderful. Rajini discovered some money I had forgotten about and helped me transfer it to a Wells Fargo CD with a good interest rate. She is very professional and has made good recommendations for investing my money. Rajini is a Senior Premier Banker and really takes an interest in her clients. She works with you on getting clear about your goals and refers you to the right resource at Well Fargo -such as the Wealth Management Team. We also felt very cared for as we were not shooed off to some large corporate office, portal site or other location. I liked that their manager took the time to expedite and approve all this paperwork quickly. (Heard it can take weeks, we were fortunate to have the staff and the correct documentation to get it completed.)They have a free parking lot with EV stations and street parking. There is a security guard outside. There are 2 friendly front tellers and multiple private rooms for other banking transactions/applications.We really learned a lot and felt the extra care during this difficult and time restrained estate transfer.”

“The Staff at this Wells Fargo are truly the best customer service for Banking I have ever experienced!!! They are so over the top helpful and loaded with freebies. Glad I moved from Chase to Wells Fargo!!! Only one thing, their auto tellers outside like to take your money. Never seen 2 machines jam so much and I am sure the machine took at last a 20 from me. I use their auto teller for everything but depositing money, I love to bank there so I am a happy camper with Wells Fargo.”
