New banker hours are 9 am - 4 pm weekdays only. If you want lobby services rather than ATM and you arrive after 4 pm, tough luck. The scaling back of services and hours was a COVID accommodation, but in my view, this has gone too far.

Customer for over 40 years. I have so much to tell so many problems issues no respect and they didn't see to care.I am leaving BofA because of the horrible quality of service, particularly with this branch.

Bank of America decided to use the pandemic as the impetus to shed people. This branch was reduced to one teller window. I don't bank with them but have to deposit rent checks here. B of A is a mess. Good luck finding branches open. But I guess as long as they save money by cutting staffing they are ok with 1 star Yelp reviews!

Well I finally found out why everyone is leaving bad reviews... the bankers are not too bad of people but the bank policy is a scam, they charge me 200$ a year just to keep my money in the account which is also above the minimum value to pay a fee. So they do it because they want to, taking my money some place else. Scammers

Bizarre. 30 minute wait. One window that looks the cupboard in Narnia. Banking might be a thing of the past.

Mrs Cruz is a very knowledgeable associate that helped us with a multiple estate account transfer. She was very helpful in filling out the many papers to process these transactions. We also felt very cared for as we were not shooed off to some large corporate office, portal site or other location. I liked that their manager took the time to expedite and approve all this paperwork quickly. (Heard it can take weeks, we were fortunate to have the staff and the correct documentation to get it completed.)They have a free parking lot with EV stations and street parking. There is a security guard outside. There are 2 friendly front tellers and multiple private rooms for other banking transactions/applications.We really learned a lot and felt the extra care during this difficult and time restrained estate transfer.

How do banks just open when they decide? Sign said 9a. They were opening at 9:30 today instead. Maybe someone was out too late last night, who knows? But as a customer it's just not acceptable. COVID has made everything gray. It's ok to be late, on anything. Does B of A allow us to be late on our car payments without socking it to us? I don't think so. Smh

I would give zero stars if I could. I come here weekly for business banking and there are always 10 plus customers waiting for the single teller that is working. Rediculous. Bank of America does not care about their customers. If you come here, bring a chair and a good book because you will be waiting in line ALL day.

Customer for 38 years. This BofA would NOT let me open another account without an appointment. And they didn't see to care. Long line just to get that information. And they dismissed me, wouldn't even check their appointment availability. Bank Of America doesn't want your money and they provide extremely bad customer service. Went across the street to Wells Fargo, where they addressed my needs straight away.
