I opted for a more community-centric approach this New Year, choosing to support local businesses over online toy orders. Despite spending over $200 on gifts for around 10 kids, I later discovered that the same item, priced at $80 locally, was only $27 on Amazon. Quite disheartening!

So where do I start! This store is lovely, they have so much cool stuff, great variation and awesome stocking stuffers, but it doesn't feel cluttered and I can move around easily. (maybe harder for huge strollers) They have things I haven't even heard of so obviously keep on top of trends and have items on display so you can actually see what you are buying. In fact every time I go in things are moved and I see more new things. They don't mind kids playing with the toys which is cool too. We were in the other morning and were helped by a lovely young lady (sorry didn't ask her name but red hair) who was really helpful with my daughter, who can be a bit chatty/bossy, and seemed genuinely interested in helping us and keeping her entertained. In fact another customer rudely butted in but she managed to help us both. Gift wrapping is amazing! Real gem in Los Gatos!!!!

Amazing shop, with great prices, the Legos are a little overpriced, but I'll give this place an 8/10. Be sure to tip the workers. Most of them are teens and work very hard, so be sure to give them a tip.

I don't usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to in this case. I went there with my family as I usually do once a month or so today and when I went to pay the ladies behind the counter were incredibly rude and condescending. When I was trying to pay with my phone which was being flaky they started looking at each other and laughing, rolling their eyes, and being very rude. I will NEVER go back there again. Unbelievable that they would do that at all especially in front of my 5 year old Son that was with me.

Justin was amazing, we was demonstrating toys and being awesome. Nicest team ever. Love locally owned gems like this! They also do a great job with gift wrapping!!

Love this store. So many toys for all ages. There is always like 8 teenagers working the front desk for some reason always chatting about their lives way too loudly.

Absolutely fantastic mix of toys and a true gem nestled in downtown Los Gatos. The toys are mostly "organic" and made in the USA or Europe but the markup is steeply noticeable. I understand the extra costs of brick and motar shops but most other toy boutique stores still sell at relatively average retail value.

This store has a great selection. Unfortunately, I will never be comfortable bringing children into it due to the employees’ behavior. As I shopped, the 3-4 employees wrapping gifts and hanging out behind the counter had inappropriate language and topics of conversation. They loudly shared personal details from how they felt about work to who they were dating. Justin was the only employee continuously polite and appropriate. I hope this store properly trains their employees how to act in a children’s toy store.

Such a joy visiting this place, especially for kids. So many toys! And they offer free gift wrapping service. Such a delight!
