What an awful way to run a business. Walked in with the intent of buying a watch, browsed for a good 10 minutes and not one person came up to me; it was not busy. Had to interrupt a conversation between 2 employees TWICE to get help and was told to wait by one of them.

Work on your customer service. You literally have people standing around doing nothing and they are rude when you ask them for something. We spend a lot of money on your store the least you can do is not throw bad vibes and be unwelcoming. Not coming again here for sure.

Terrible… has a Genius Bar appointment. Los Gatos is challenging to park at. Got there 10 mins early, told me I needed to wait to check in. Store was not very busy. Checked in….waited for 30 mins. Nothing!!! Finally had to leave.. wasted my afternoon. Choose another store.

I recently received excellent phone support from Selene Cuevas of the Los Gatos Apple Store. This was in regard to making a purchase. She is an excellent communicator and offered options I that was not aware of. She provided valuable information and I highly recommend her!

I had a good experience here for ordering on the app and picking up some products. Staff was kind and fast. However it’s not very easy to find parking around here. It’s best to start the navigation to a near parking lot first.

Apple software sucks, Apple service sucks. What happens to the old apple when people truly call its tech Genius? It took me 4 trips, 2 weeks to find out that apple cannot fix the phone/watch paring issue. I'm not sure how many people are in similar situation, I am fed up with the seemingly friendly but useless tech supports in this store. I used to have pity on Apple because I know how weak they will be if facing real competition from Huawei, now I simply detest Apple, too old and too lazy, bound to fade.

I recently had a very frustrating experience at the Apple Store. I brought in my iPhone because it was having charging issues and the speaker volume was weak. After waiting for 45 minutes, the staff at the store told me that my phone had a broken charger jack and faulty speaker, and that I needed to buy a new phone.Feeling skeptical, I decided to get a second opinion and went to a third-party local store. To my surprise, they informed me that my phone only needed cleaning on both the charger jack and the speaker, and it only cost me $20.I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and competency at the Apple Store. It's disheartening to think that I was almost misled into purchasing a new phone when it wasn't necessary. I strongly advise others to avoid this store and seek out alternative options with better service and more trustworthy staff.

We tried to return a package of unopened Apple Tags at this store since we were there for a class. We showed the salesperson our Apple Store receipt. Salesperson says all Christmas returns was January 9th and we missed it by 2 days. We requested she speak to her manager. She came back and confirmed her manager will not authorized any exceptions. The next day, we returned the Apple tags at the Apple Oakridge store. They had no issues in taking it back and did not mentioned any deadline of January 9th. We felt the salesperson at the Apple Los Gatos store spoke to us in a very cold and demeaning manner and that there were no considerations that we also recently purchased an iPad, iWatch, Airpods and some other accessories. Granted that we didn’t purchased them at this store but it’s still an Apple Store, and we had receipts to show it. We expected a pleasant experience and some uniformity from Apple stores. It was not a pleasant experience at the Los Gatos store.

I needed an extension cord. Seriously? let us NOT play telephone and pass the order back from ear to ear verbally, and have a third person come out with the wrong thing, rather than pointing me directly to the display shelf. Also, "extension cord" means something that plugs into a wall, not merely a cable. Two stars for actually having things that will suit my needs and a person graciously handling the door and making me laugh after the sales guy with zero skills or comprehension.

They have had my iMac for repairs and have called me for the past 2 weeks asking me to call them back.I’ve called them 10+ times at different times of the day for the past 2 weeks and no one has answered.I’ve called the central support line twice, and they can’t even get through to them. And the central support line could not provide me any other way to contact them, besides going back into the store.And I’m about to leave for Texas and don’t have time for that now!

Jessica was amazingly helpful and caring, she greeted me the second I walked in & was so extremely helpful. I will definitely be returning to this store. Awesome location in downtown by lululemon & a boboa location!
