“We've lived here comfortably and pretty safely for 3 years.

As others have pointed out, Ray on the maintenance team keeps this place running smooth! He's always prompt, professional, kind and friendly. He will fix whatever problem has presented itself AND take the time to say hi to your dog. Things malfunction, it's a normal part of a home. But Ray gets things back to working order quickly- even if it's a weekend. I can't imagine this place without him here!

Despite others' complaints, the rent here seems on par for the area. It was sort of mid-range when we moved in. Spacious storage wise and parking wise. Our unit was renovated before we moved in and it has held up relatively well. We had a small number of ants once. The complex has pest control here weekly anyway and they came by and took care of it the next day. Haven't seen an ant since.

The noise of renovations around the complex can be loud especially if you're near one of the large dumpsters they fill and empty almost daily. There's also debris around these dumpsters constantly (broken glass etc) But it is something we were warned about before moving in. They tried to start tossing things into the dumpster around 7am one weekend but all it took was me standing in my doorway, telling them it was too early and they left.

Our catalytic converter was stolen from our spot in the parking lot over night once but I know that's a common thing. If packages are left outside the mailbox they will be stolen. The mailboxes themselves have been broken into a couple times too. But Justin at the leasing office holds packages for us now! He'll also come pick up a package from your door and hold onto it for you if you're away. Super friendly guy. Always around to answer questions and help out. We did install home security cameras etc for peace of mind but I dunno, I think that's just par for being in the bay. We've felt generally pretty safe here. I think it might have something to do with our unit being further away from El Camino and more nestled into the subdivision, but who knows.

The neighbours & staff are friendly, there's a nice park nearby, the place is very dog friendly (except no pets allowed in the common area which kind of sucks...) but it's close to work and the climbing gym.. if we've gotta be in the bay this place is good enough for us.”

“I recently self-toured the historical lofts/apt for a 1b1b. It's a beautiful loft with exposed brick walls and nice appliances. The community has great amenities and is walking distance to some amazing places in Japantown.But this 5 star review is for Maricela and the leasing office. Maricela was really helpful and answered all the questions I had, and I had a lot!I didn't submit an application this time but I'll definitely consider the property in future.”

“It is a great apartment complex. During my 2 years there (2021-2023), it is a pleasant experience interacting with the leasing office, and all maintenance requests are addressed quickly. The apartment is well maintained with lush green trees, relaxing creeks, and colorful flowers. It is also in a very convenient location with lots of grocery store and restaurant in the area. 85 and 280 are just minutes away, but you do not hear noises from them.”

“I've been a resident at Station 101 for close to 5 years now and I am satisfied with my experience. The management team is professional, friendly and always available to help. They also take the time to organize fun holiday parties for the residents, which is a great way to bring the community together. However, the sound insulation in the apartments could be better. The maintenance team, in particular, Robert is always quick to respond to any needs and ensures that the community is running smoothly.”

“We had an amazing time living here at Cezanne for more than 4+ years. Very lively and safe place to live. Manager Anu has been friendly and very helpful throughout. We rarely faced any issues living here. Cesar was always prompt for maintenance and was very helpful.”

“My time at campbell plaza was nothing but positive. Lorna is the sweetest and friendliest staff member. She was always nothing short of attentive and made me feel like she really cared to help assist me. Overall the leasing staff is helpful and makes the leasing process smooth and easy. “I love this place. The co-ordinates are aligned.I don't know who these dementia laden people are who have the balls/stupidity to complain, but THIS is to THEM. Get your butt into your thankfully very low rent, yet extraordinarily extremely high life apartment closet (of which ALL 3 ARE ROOMY ENOUGH TO FIT YOU!), get down ON YOUR KNEES in PRIVATE & THANK GOD (whatever God you thank or whatever you choose to call God!) & then ask FORGIVENESS for being so thick headedly ungrateful, promise to do better, DO BETTER & then LISTEN!Prayer is LISTENING! “Manager Justin is nice and highly responsible at work with a positive & sincere attitude. She addressed the plumbing issue at my unit even on the weekend (she coordinated with the plumber and got it fixed though it was not a working day). She is so friendly with children & my daughter likes her very much as she always wishes her with a smile & shows a kind of affection. Also, she greets us nicely with the most positive attitude whenever we see her in the Miramar premises. We noticed that Her plans look good with respect to improvements at Miramar (Gym, taking care of timely tree cutting, cleaning, addressing car parking lots' lights fixes, plan of replacing old stuff in old units to make tenants comfortable, etc.). Compared to earlier management, the current manager's working style looks good. We feel she is giving her best to Miramar in her possible limits. We sincerely appreciate her working style. Keep going!!”

“I recently moved to San Jose from Santa Cruz and Vespaio was one out of probably fifteen apartments I viewed. Hands down, Vespaio had the BEST customer service. Toni and her team are amazing! Some apartments can be slow in responding to you which can be really frustrating when you have ample amount of options, but Vespaio can get you moved in ASAP, and they call/email promptly. I had some apartments that would NOT leave me alone but Vespaio was not like this, if I ever was working and could not respond, they would try once more and then give it a break. The interior of the apartments are incredibly stunning with a ton of natural light compared to many of the other apartment buildings in the area (many of them feel like dungeons). Thank you Vespaio for all of your help!”

“A great place to live...I have lived here for over a decade and chose the complex because it was within 2 miles of my work. Just coming here from a Condo in Santa Clara and having all the amenities of Condo life, which include gated entrance, garage, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, deck, pool, hot tub, gym, great maintenance crew and super awesome management (shout out Jenny & Lina) If you are looking for place to dwell for a reasonable price in the land of crazy rents THIS IS THE PLACE!PS. The mature, well maintained landscaping and lots of trees are a bonus too!”

“I was in a hurry to move into a new room at the meridian at midtown apartment. The community relations team did help me a lot with the smooth and fast process. Melina, Kaitlynn and many other staff at the leasing office communicated with me daily so that I could move in at my preferred and much needed date. Additionally, when it comes to paperwork, Brandon's help was immaculate for me. Even the manager Jose was there all the way assisting me with the move in request. I couldn't be more thankful for what they have done for me. I am now happily living with my friends at the meridian at midtown and I would like to highly encourage future tenants to confidently apply for it.”
