Always satisfied with my visits to the Los Gatos AAA & this time was no different. Alan was amazing in helping with my DMV transaction. I overheard him dealing with other customers while I was waiting for my turn and he was very friendly to everyone. This branch is lucky to have him!

Friendly staff, great location, DMV services are always quick and friendly. Building is a bit understaffed for work load at time so be prepared for a minimum weight
