Julio has seen me through 3 cars and has gone above and beyond to help me every time! I’ve never had to return to have anything fixed again, never felt like I needed to see another mechanic, and I can always count on him to help me keep my car taken care of. He does GREAT work and I could not recommend him more. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

I was on the way to a road trip, and a minor issue happened and it had to be fixed.My car was patched for a quick repair at that time, and property repaired after the trip.I was so thankful for his service! I will go back to him, though the shop is not the closest from our home.

Over $800 down the drain. I had my engine and transmission mounts replaced, and less than two weeks later (about a month ago), my engine was moving just as much as before. I have videos which I will upload soon. This started causing serious vibration issues at highway speed. It is important to mention that I started experiencing the mount / vibration problems when driving from California to Texas. The problems began during the first day of the trip. I told him before I even decided to do the job that I would be driving to Texas in a week, and he still recommended the job, so I trusted him. Now, I have not had any luck in being helped. I can't bring the car in since my car is broken down in Texas due to other problems from another mechanic, so I just want to be refunded.

I always go to Julio. Oil change and inspection is like $50 (a good deal for The Bay Area), now all my dash lights are off.

had an alternator issue, first mechanic I took it to had no idea what was wrong with my vehicle. I brought it here & he patched me right up with no issues. time efficient, affordable & most importantly professional. from the moment I brought it in he made me feel welcomed, talked to me very good sense of humor. 11/10 recommend coming here for any car issues!!

Quick, easy and straight forward. I was able to stop by on my way home from work for a smog check. The price was fair, customer service was good and it was quick, just what you need on a work night.

My experience with A1 was inviting, warm and psychologically timely. Coming from a lifelong experience of collecting, restoring and showing cars, I was fairly devastated when my sources dried up; retirements, shorter hours and/or no Saturday appointments. Out of desperation, I had to surf Dr. Google and Yelp! My first time in four decades. Sadly, these types of things happen once you hit 50 years old. Same with all my doctors and lifelong DDS. But I digress. After scouring and canvassing the entire South Bay, I found Julio! What a local gem. And what an incredibly soft landing for me (psychological part). My anxiety has left the building! I now have an intelligent, kind and trustworthy road warrior resource!

I went in for a smog check and the guy was so rude and yelled at me when I questioned why my car didn't pass! I didn't want to pay without explanation. He stole my keys and got in my face. After I ended up paying I called the police to get my keys Back.

I was on the way to Santa Cruz when my car overheated, and I pulled into A1 Complete Auto Repair. Julio was very fast and efficient to assess the problem and fit me into a busy Saturday schedule to make sure I got home safe! He completely fixed the problem within three hours. I was so impressed and definitely recommend. He also made sure pricing was fair. 10/10!

Honest, professional mechanic, with up reasonable upfront pricing. Couldn’t be happier!Is very familiar with Land Rover Discos. Fixed a misfiring issue I had on my 04 after thieves cut off my cats.Was able to stop by the shop and take a look on the progress, he took time to explain what the issues were and how he planned to fix it.Thanks so much!
