Honestly every time I have came to pick up my script, it's never ready, they have done this to me now at least 4 times, one day they told me my medicine would be ready in 15 minutes, I made arrangements for a ride, I get here and they said they are out of stock of my medication and they wouldn't have it until Monday, I wouldn't have a problem if they would have just told me "hey I apologize were out of the medicine at this time, we will have it on Monday" no biggie, but it irritated the hell out of me,the medicine I take I'm not able to pick up early or I would make arrangements to call a week in advance, my doctor even calls them and digitally sends them a script, so I went 3 days without my meds, that was the 1st time, 2nd time I called them after I got off the phone with my doctor to see if my medication would be ready, they told me an hour, so I got ready and I walked across town which took me about an hour and 30min or so, I get here and my medicine is not ready, the pharmacist hasn't even filled it or even looked into my file, the pharmacist isn't even here she's on lunch for the next hour, the 3rd time, I called to see if my medicine is ready, they tell me again in 15 min, so this time I drove there because me and my husband share the same vehicle and we both happened to be off together that day, I make my way here, not only have they lied to me EVERY SINGLE TIME! The customer service could be a lot better, I work in the medical field myself, and I can honestly tell you, if your not having a good day, your stressed, your to your ritz end, you don't have to make people around you feel like s*** because ur having a shitty day, I hope the best for this Pharmacy but for now if I could I would give them 0 stars.
