I see a lot of negative reviews for Wells Fargo. To be honest if you show up early lines are not bad and it’s not the bank tellers fault if you have to wait for a long time and everyone is on a schedule from working, long commuting but just choose the time to go out to the bank so you can have a good experience. I never go to the bank on Fridays or busy days if I need to I do the best I can to get it done before make it a priority. I had a wonderful experience at Wells Fargo Marisela was very professional and respectful I was in early morning took me 20 minutes in and out of the bank. I gave the bank five stars for all the bank tellers because they are not at fault for long lines let’s give them a break and more understanding.
Thank you,

The most horrible experience ever. After waiting 45 minutes in the line, and another 45 minutes waiting to talk to a banker nobody was able to help me. I finally got everything figured out when in again the next day they knew who I was, and told me I needed an appointment and then take another 4 days in order to get that. Travel 45 minutes away to go to another Branch still the same response, they couldn't help me unless I had an appointment and he was leaving for the day. Travel to the third branch they were able to help me no problem and took less than 10 minutes. Some people have urgent situations and need to talk to a banker and don't have time for making an appointment that's 3 days away

This place is a joke. I made an appointment to come in, the soonest available appointment was in 3 weeks, even though I had a bit of a financial emergency and needed to speak to a banker and could not have things taken care of over the phone. The day of my appointment came, and nobody was able to accept my appointment. I had to wait in the teller line to be able to talk to someone, and when I got there they told me that the person who I had an appointment for had not come in that day. I eventually was able to get an appointment with another banker for the same day, but they told me I had to come back in 2 weeks and because of this they gave me their contact info so I could get a appointment made faster than online. When I finally got in contact via email and tried getting a quicker appointment like they said I could, they told me to just go through online appointments, so what was the point of getting their contact info? When I read reviews that mention that they waited in line for 5 hours in the hot sun, I really believe it. There was a line reaching outside the bank even before they opened going all the way to the other business parking lot, looping around the building, and by the time the doors opened there were still some people having to wait outside. The service here is absolutely awful, and the wait times are some of the longest I've ever had to deal with. And that's saying something when you have actually made an appointment and have had to wait 2-5 weeks for an opening. I can't even get a quick response if I call or email them, normally it takes a couple days by email. I'm still waiting to get an appointment, the soonest appointment is a month from now, and I'm not looking forward to having to wait a month, just to have to go and wait in line for another 2-3 hours. They really need to hire more employees or something, I'm not sure what to say, but this wait is awful and clearly the employees are overworked and unhappy based on their level of service and clear attitudes. This is clearly the norm for this place, which is backed up by the fact that while I was waiting in line I overheard an older lady saying that the line was actually moving fast compared to how it normally is. This all makes me think the management is not very good here, and does not take good care of their employees, if they are this overworked, understaffed, and clearly unhappy.Update: It turns out that what was supposedly done at this branch was never actually done. My account had gotten closed due to a notice sent to a wrong address, I went here to get help and a banker here reopened the account after getting approval from their manager. A week goes by, and it still says my account was closed. Couple weeks later I made an appointment with another branch an hour away to avoid having to wait a month for an appointment and they informed me that it just so happens that my bank account had never actually been reopened and still was closed, despite supposedly having been reopened. The other branch was very helpful, but I highly recommend you drive out of town if you need to get the help from a banker as they will not help you. Even if you need just a teller, you will be waiting in line for a while. I would only recommend the ATM, if even that.

Went to open a savings account. After standing in line for half an hour, I finally made it to the front and was told "We don't do that here. You have to do it online." Pretty much told me they don't want to help me. I actually want to talk to someone and ask questions about the different savings accounts but I guess I can always do that...at another bank. Edit: Asking for someone's full info in a comment sounds kind of scam-y. Also, there is no more info to report. I stood in line and got turned away when asking to open a savings account. That's the short and long of it. I'm obviously posting this on a specific location so it's not like I could be talking about anywhere else.

22 people in line 2 cashiers this happens all the time and each customer takes their time to their needs. Appalling!! Waiting more than an hour to be attended to, I think it is not the first time that a comment of this type has been made if the person in charge knows about this situation. Why not put more staff and this is during any time?

This location needs to stop being cheap and hire more staff. Waited almost a hour just to make a withdraw.

I agree with all the previous comments, I wanted to be a customer of this bank but if there are bad reviews here I would not want to deal with them personally. And Wells Fargo avoids answering and asking that an email be sent with the complaint to so-and-so place, I think it is enough since the Wells Fargo online page is worse.

Went to the bank today to speak to a banker but no one was available. Now if you want to talk to a banker you need to schedule an appointment because there are no walk-ins. Seems ridiculous to me and very inconvenient.
