Marcus was awesome! I was in a real bind with my phone and he went above and beyond to get me all straightened out. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. The customer service he provided was impeccable! I would highly recommend Marcus for any of your phone needs!

I worked with a lady at the Los Banos, CA store named Nicole. It was the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store! She was very knowledgeable, polite and had an awesome personality!! Nicole is an asset to the Los Banos location!!
