You have an older employee at the register/self check out that has the worst attitude. It appears she dislikes everyone and everything! I always manage to spend no less than $100 but more upwards in the range of $300+ at your store and dealing with her upsets me for not taking my money and business elsewhere. I don't understand how someone working in "Customer Service" just never seems to have the slightest sympathy, empathy or just plain courtesy. It's happened to me; my family, friends and colleagues over and over). I don't obviously expect for anything to change but I believe a good solid talk may help a little but I'm definitely not holding my breath for anything to change as it has been allowed far too long. I understand age, health, personal issues, etc. Who knows, we may all be dealing with personal issues in one way or another and should try to not make things worse for anyone.... Understanding that we're all human and could really be dealing with something quite difficult at the moment.

Let us be understanding and thankful for the workers at Target most of them are our high school students working a first job. be nice and courteous to them. Tip the Starbucks girls for they always make your drink right on like Starbucks next door.

The girl today in the drive up was super rude . She only gave me my sodas but didn't bother to tell me that the allergy pills I order as well weren't in stock . Very unfriendly people . I went inside to return the sodas because I needed the pills asap . The girl in the customer service was rude as well she was annoyed because i was returning the drinks . I don't think I will be using the drive up service anymore the people that are working in this area have no communication skills .

The young girl who are cashiers are always rude. 2 days in a row I went and had 2 different girls and one just as rude as the other . If you hate retail and customers so much maybe you should look for a new job. I love target but then always being so rude is annoying and uncalled for

I've been to many targets and I must say, this store feels the most welcoming and it's always clean! The staff here is beyond compare! They are so friendly I constantly consider becoming part of the team! I LOVE being there. The friendliness and helpfulness of the team members always puts me in a good mood! I've had almost 0 negative experiences in the 8 years I've been in and out of this store. They always make things right if they are wrong and they always make me feel like they care about me. I'm not just a customer there. Also, big shout out to Debbie for being her awesome self and Aubree for helping me with my exchange the other day. It was more difficult than usual and she made everything right. There's so many more names I could go on and on.

Love the masks promoting health and safety. Though wrong items when i pick up stuff, and being hung up on. when they dont know an answer at the help desk, shows poor customer service and training.

They need to change their return policy on tvs especially when you shop there regulary. I will never shop there again. Tv is only 2 months old. Will take forever to return through manufacturer. Poor job Target i no longer support you.

Their employees are not wearing masks or gloves during this time. It should be mandated and they should be provided protection. Not ok.

The store was pretty crowded, yet only one register was opened. There was obviously a long line at the one register that was opened. Customers were complaining but they never opened another register while I was there. I just decided to go and use the self - checkout register. Some senior ladies were struggling with those self checkout registers. They should have more staff on hands to help people with the self checkout systems if they are going to have only one register opened. Otherwise this Target store is pretty clean and nicely organized. Parking is huge !

Pretty crazy when I go here to get stuff for a family gathering tomorrow and I'm going through line spending money in this store when I could've went to there competition right next door. Maybe I should of since the cashier did not want to pay attention to me. I'm standing here waiting for my receipt and the cashier decides to start talking to the manager about his schedule showing his underwear to the whole world since he can't pull his pants up. Cmon sad that the manager didn't insist that he take care of me the customer first!! Please let's make employees accountable to follow the dress code. I'm sure that's not what target corporate wants.
