I had to do a return such bad customer service.Over the phone they said they could help me and when I drove to the store they could not and had already sold the phone that was held for me. No good communication at all between the employees.

I experienced the best customer service from Edgar & Pat ..They definitely went beyond the customer service...They researched information for me when I shattered my screen on the phone...Thank you, for your kindness and your persistence in helping me.

If I could I would give this store 0 stars. Called to find out if this store had a certain phone in stock as there are 2 t-mobile stores in town and I didn't want to have to drive all over. Rude lady answered and when asked if they had a certain phone in stocks she said she couldn't give inventory information over the phone, seriously. I informed them that I needed to know as I didn't want to have to drive there and it not be in stock, she then said to call back in 10 minutes. When I called back the same Rude lady answered and said they did not have any of the brand of phone I was asking for and hung up. I then called up the second store and asked if they had the phone I was looking for in stock and they said yes without any issue. We have always gone to this store but will definitely not be going back. Whatever happened to customer service, this lady needs to go back and take a course in it again.

Shitty customer service again i am sorry to say it this way but if your not a certain race they dont want to help you or doing anything for you manager i think his name is jorge rude and the big woman that was their face for radio i call her rude too i knew that they werent going to help me because the last 2 time i went in there both reject were there working and they didnt even want to give me a sim card that i paid for and then not even help me activate my phone its pretty bad when if i am not a certain race they wont help me and thats bad business i hope t moblie dont have this going on other stores better check employees ot give survey so you have better customer service or let corporate have more control over the stores because they are just shitty dont know what they are doing people womans name adlene worst customer service

They are good at sales~for sure, but as far as knowledgeable about tech & set up/transferring numbers etc. Not so much...So after buying two iPhones 14 pro & 14 pro max spending quite a lot of money I learned their advertising is empty promises! No deals! No discounts or trade up value whatsoever - we were promised free activations but ended up paying when all said & done!I still am left without a phone 2 days later...my old phone deactivated ~ Mynew phone is useless because they cannot get their heads around a simple set up....Going back 1st thing in a.m. to give them the business about how to do business!....Going to verizon or AT&T.... Next time...Los Banos teally does need an Apple store….

Knew what he was doing and didn't have a puzzled look on his face like the rest of them in there!

Rude employees just handed me a pamphlet and told me to call instead of doing there job and helping me in store meanwhile the other employees just stood around in the back while other customers waited

Overall wonderful experience at T-mobile today. I went in looking to upgrade my iPHONE and Tyler was VERY welcoming to my mother and I. He explained each phones pros and cons in a timely manner and found us a great amount of deals. He was also honest and kind about any concerns I had with getting a new phone. The rest of the staff were friendly as well. I am happy with my new iPHONE 12 thank you Tyler!!!!! :)

The T-Mobile team on mercy springs was incredibly helpful and exceeded my exceptions. I will refer them to any of my friends and family that are looking to upgrade or switch to T-Mobile. Great team good job T-Mobile

Had amazing help both times I went in. Tyler is the funkiest guy that was beyond helpful. Day 2 the store manager and assistant manager helped us out with a problem a different t-mobile stuck us with. They were very patient and understanding.

Worst service EVER!! Adilene was the worst customer service rep. She was lazy to help my mother with a process. She was unprofessional assuming my mother's phone was not compatible with her new Service Provider! I know it's BS because why would her own company service on the phone tell me to go in ! I guess one hour before closing they play d*** about their job!!! Wack! Get helpful Reps to help the older people and others spare good service! T-Mobile want REAL REVIEWS contact me !!!!!!

This store has a great new staff that really helped me out. My bill was I correct from the store down the road and Justis was able to fix it for me and make my service better with a new sim card. They also have new tv service that is better then my dish network at home and less expensive. It's great here. Thanks.

Friendly enough but in the end we didn't accomplish what we set out to do. A lot of time was spent and in the end they could not sell me a phone because their own technology was not working. My options are go online or try another store, which is a problem within the company and should not in my eyes by solved by turning a customer away. Not a great selection of products in the floor. Bathroom is unkept for being a brand new store I expected more.
