While I would prefer a store with a drive-thru pharmacy, I trust this pharmacy the most. At a time when the world was struggling to fill Adderall prescriptions, this is the only pharmacy, including the mail-order pharmacy, that was able to reliably refill my prescriptions.

I came to do a DoorDash order on march 22 and this employee was very rude . I bought some medicine and she didn't say one word to me , I tell her "can I get a bag " and she says she needs to charge me it , but didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted one before I pay with the DoorDash card . Then proceeds to lie and say she did in fact ask me which is completely untrue. This lady is always in a very bad mood whenever I shop for myself or DoorDash orders . She definitely needs some training in customer service

Hey let me put this on blast.look at this criminal no shame on him at all committing crimes. thinking he is mr good boy.just walked in store and he targeted victimizing me by doing the criminal act of profiling going to make sure he inflic fear by calling security and the camas.some people don't get it that this bahavior is criminal

BEWARE OF RIT AID ON-LINE PURCHASE!!! BOUGHT 4 ITEMS ON-LINE 3 WERE VITAMENS THAT HAD BIG RED LETTERS BUY 1 GET 1 FREE. PAID FOR THEM MY SON P/U FROM STORE .NO FREE 2ND BOTTLES AFTER 3 CUSTERMER CARE AND 1 CALL TO MANERGER OF STORE HAD 4 DIFFERANT REASONS Y I DIDNT GET THEM .WOW AT LEAST THE LAST CARE TEAM PERSON SAID WEB SIGHTIS NOT SET UP WRIGHT ,NOW I AGREE WITH THAT ,ALL I KNOW I DIDNT GET ANY OF MY 34 DOLLARS WORTH OF FREE VITAMENS .LIKE I SAY BEWARE RIT AID ON-LINE

I would like to know why Rite-Aid can't notify customers that their prescriptions are ready as they fill them? Instead of filling a days worth of prescriptions, and then send out notifications at the end of the day.

"I Am a Senior asking Them for HELP!!" As of a few months ago, when I found out that Walgreen had bought out Save Mart Pharmacy Dept. I was upset.. Less to say that there was NO WAY I was going to deal with Walgreens again, so I decide to give Rite Aid a shot.. Well, it has NOT gone well so far at all and as for calling the Toll Free.. number, GOOD LUCK on that one too! I've been trying to reach the Main number for a week now and yet to speak to a LIVE PERSON, because I keep getting disconnected each time. Called the store Pharmacy Dept. and not much help from them as well.. Have been trying to get some technical support regarding Their Web Page as far as paying for My Prescriptions which now is not working nor letting Me select My Debit Card and to have My Meds delivered. So.. I Am very disappointed with their Service at this point. I have read some of the Reviews and see I Am not the only having issues with the Pharmacy Dept.P.S. All I am asking is for them to fix their Website so I can just order and pay for My Meds and have them delivered.. I Am Disable and can no longer drive.

Very clean store and associates are warm and friendly while being knowledgeable and professional. They greet everyone that comes through the door.

Terrible. Take for ever. I need pills for pain. Called ahead to make sure they had it and speed up the process. Dr called it in, waited an hour went in was told it will be another hour they haven't even started. (wasn't busy. I was the only one there)
