Brought my BMW in because every other shop was saying they didn’t have the correct tools for my car. Appreciate how picos used only factory parts straight from BMW Dealer. Trusted family owned shop in Los banos probably wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my 335i other than picos. Ask for Ramon!

This place is a joke. Staff gives WRONG estimates and they’re extremely unprofessional. Left my car over a week ago and received no updates. Was promised it’d be ready by Friday. They ordered wrong parts for my vehicle and when I let them know the part wasn’t what I asked for they said it wasn’t “their problem”. They have no customer service whatsoever. Seriously save your time. Go somewhere else. I’ll be filing a formal complaint to (BAR).

I broke down on the I5 near Los Banos 3 hours from home. Gustavo at Picos welcomed my unannounced visit, diagnosed the problem immediately upon arrival, and remarkably fixed the failed alternator in 1 hour. I was astonished to be back on the road vs my original assumption of being stuck in an unknown town for several days awaiting a fix. Thank you to Gustavo and team!!

I've been traveling the 152 for yeeeeeears. Today, my car's undercarriage lost a screw and was flapping around. I called Pico's 30 minutes before they closed to see if they could help me out.They took me in last minute, bolted down the undercarriage, and sent me on my merry way. The mechanics were very kind.Thank you guys!

Ray gave me a wrong description of the part my vehicle needed, and made me drive for 2 hours to Merced and back, and when I brought him the part of which he wrote down the name, he looked at it, and said:" I'm sorry man, that's not the part I need!". And by the time I went back to Merced , to return the item, the store had closed. Consequently, he made me miss the test behind the wheel that I had been waiting for for 2 months. Furthermore, he called the cops on me, and allegedly told them that I stole pieces of his tools. He turned my stay in Los Banos into a living hell!

I took my car to picos so he install a new engine in to my car and went to pick up my vehicle it broke down on me not even four blocks from the shop. Turned out they forgot to add oil on to my car and they had put the wrong oil filter . I REALLY DONT RECOMMENDED THIS SHOP . They have poor customer service and wouldn't want what happened to me happen to anyone else .

I was just passing through Los Banos on a road trip when my engine broke down. As soon as I arrived, Ray (one of the owners) decided to make my car the #1 priority because he could see I was in a very rough situation. The customer service was great! Fast, but still a good job!

Taking my vehicle to Pico's Auto repair was the best decision I've made. Not only are the Father and Son two of the most friendliest and honest mechanics around but they also do fantastic work and for a very fair price. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. THEY ALSO HAVE WONDERFUL COMMUNICATION...WHICH IS A MUST. I HIGHLY recommend Pico's Auto Repair to all. They are great they are friendly fast and honest I highly recommend them! I took my car in on Wednesday afternoon need it by Thursday midday and they did it they had it ready for me they are great! Well it definitely be coming back!
