We have been taking our King Wally to Val for OVER 2 years to be groomed. There has NEVER been a time where Wally doesn't look AMAZING or smell like a Handsome King that he is. Val we don't know what we would do without your detailed grooming and the loving way you have with our baby. Wally loves you and appreciates YOU and all the kisses and attentions you give him.

This is the only place I have ever taken my Schnoodle to be groomed and I have no complaints. I highly recommend Val for the grooming. My dog has a very specific hair cut and I can honestly say I have always been 100% satisfied with Val. She does exactly what I ask and Winston always comes back looking perfect. Winston has extremely high anxiety going to get groomed and Val always treats him so amazing and assured me that he's perfect when he's there and I know she treats him the way she would want her babies treated. Highly recommend Val at Petco!!!!

Went into the store to get some fish. Stood in the fish department for a long time waiting to see an employee, then walked around looking for one none in sight, so I walked up the the check out an employee that was obviously the manger with the shirt she had on (had had dealing with her on prior visits) told me that so and so was back there and she would help me. I told her no one was back there so I needed help back there. She then rolled her eyes so out I walked. This isn't the first time having poor customer service.

The grooming salon is not the best place. I know Val in the beginning seemed nice and did a good job so I thought, but when I continued to have shitzu's go get the same grooming they have had it changed on what was done specifically the ear cleaning by picking out the fur. When confronted to Val she mentioned it was not something they do for package they give which I was very surprised and mentioned they done it before and she said well then they messed up. I am shocked about this business and in fact when looking online there is no mention of this secret ear picking other than the ear cleaning. I would not recommend anyone to use this service as the lady Val has a bi-polar attitude towards customers.

Made an online purchase for pick up. It wasn't ready at the time we went to pick it up, so we shopped around. The manager of the store is in charge of pick ups. Instead of "how can I helpyou" we were greeted with a very mean tone "it's been picked up already". Didn't bother to take our last name ID nothing. And she proceeded to raise her voice louder and louder (like that would fix anything) claiming that our item was gone. The Petco manager needs to take a management class and sensitively training. Worst customer service, def not a people person!! Since this has been the fourth episode in row of rudeness I'm now shipping straight to my home. I try my best support our lil town business shops, but I will no longer buy from that store until there is new management. What a poor example to set for the rest of the employees that work there...

No issue with Petco the store itself but this complaint is going towards the Vetco clinic. Today at 10:07am i showed up to take my cat Mila R. to get her 2nd round of vaccinations called feline 3 in1 (FVRCP) vaccination. As we were there waiting for about 15 mins a man who i believe his name was Emmanuel assisted me and said to wait one moment. As i waited a few mins the Vet named Dr. Foster, Kimberly and her vet assistant stacey had stated to me that they had no cat vaccinations.After waiting there for 15 mins and not to mention driving from home to petco, it would of been nice if someone would have notified me in regards to not having the cat vaccination instead of showing up here and without getting my cat Mila vaccinated. This is very unacceptable, unprofessional on the vetco part of this. The vetco team states to me that they forgot the cat vaccinations at their home site. My appt was already made weeks in advance to have my cat vaccinated. My cat needs her shot and not to mention it is coming to a deadline. Hard to make appt with vetco as i ran into another situation before when i came back for the 2nd dose back in 3/21/2021 for them to tell me that i passed her deadline (because app was not make in time|appt was not avail on the exact date) that they would have to re-vaccine her all over again. So vetco vaccined my cat again and here now they have no vaccine today for my cat. The vet Dr Foster had advised me to go to Madera, CA which they are also holding another vaccination clinic today. It was hard enough to have my cat in car while driving to the clinic let alone to have to drive all the way to Madera, CA. I was not going bother.My point is that how this service was handled is not acceptable. I hope that this does not happen to anyone else like it happened to me. I will no longer be getting my cat vaccinated with this vetco clinic here in Los Banos, Ca or any other vetco's in the area of where i live again as the service today was unacceptable.

Update on previous post. So I haven't gone back to Los Banos Petco for dog grooming. I found another place where it's cheaper and staff is very pleasant and if you aren't satisfied about service they try to diligently fix it without giving any bad attitude. Price doesn't really matter when it comes to my pets (I've been going for 14 months) but if I know I'm paying more than other places and the service my dog is getting isn't good, well that is a problem. Goodbye Petco- grooming Dept!

They do an absolute great job here at petco when it comes to grooming. My dog comes home smelling fresh and I think there prices are ok compared to there sround town.

Employees here are incredibly rude ! These employees need training on how to treat customers . I shop here maybe 3 times a week and always have a bad experience here . I only come back because it's the only Petco here and I love the store just not the employees. Hire new people there's a lot of people who are looking for a job , these people don't deserve to work here and represent this company .
