The drive through was disappointing and unorganized, the security guard that was directing the cars had motioned for my car to move into the lane to my right because it was open but then last minute made me stop and almost resulted in my car getting hit by a car to my right. If a security guard is going to be directing traffic pls train them better. I wish I could 0 stars.

So here it is I went in to cash a check from their bank from a company, last pay in paper form. And the bank charges me 8 dollars.. anything to Nickel and Dime you. Not a bank I want to be with or recommend.

If`this bank is an example of customer service it should just go out of business NOW. It is clear that the people who work there do not want to be there. They have no trouble treating people badly and insulting them. They seem to enjoy providing "service" with a large side of nasty on the plate and for the main course they add in passive aggressive. Sides include rude and insulting and one hour wait time. The teller I had accused me of not having a job because I walk with a cane and have a few gray hairs. What a wonderful ending to a bad meal. Note: people who are over 60 and walk with a cane can also have a job too.

I went into BofA to replace my debit card. It sucks losing your debit card right before the holidays begin. Then to have to deal with the pain of going into the bank and stand in line is not how I wanted to start my weekend. Thankfully, I was helped by a banker named Catalina who replaced my card quick and easy. She was so nice and made me feel a lot better about losing my card.

Horrible customer service!!! The doors were unlocked so we walked in they then kicked us out saying that the computers were not on, refused to help anyone inside already and told us all to get a clock and locked the door behind us!! So i went to chase to open an account, much better service.

This bank is just full of problems I don't even know where to start! First of all there's never enough tellers to help the people in line, usually 1 person even with a line to the door. Today I go in and I'm the 5th person in line and I was there for 45 minutes while 1 teller was helping and another was doing business banking. I can't believe the pace of slowness this branch works at, not everyone that comes in there doesn't want to waste their time standing in line. Secondly it's not a day care, it's a place of business, and it's not a kid place. Kids just running around screaming and not one person.m says anything, the mom just goes about her business and doesn't say anything! I really wish we had another Bank of America in town maybe in savemart! This place needs a better work ethic put in place cause I'm gonna be finding myself driving to Turlock just to work with a teller!

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I got to the bank I was the only person in line. There was a woman already being helped. I thought that today might be the day that I'd get out of there faster than usual. WRONG. The woman was with the teller for more than 20 minutes and during those 20 minutes it went from me being the only person in line, to 12 people being in line and none of us being helped. Horrible service. How can one person be the only one available to help us?

If I could do no stars I would rate it 0. This has to be the worst branch I've had the displeasure of visiting. Literally midday at two cashiers at the counter with a 15 plus line waiting ????? How ridiculous is this ??? Three other reps helping at desk and one just staring at her computer. If there is another bank in this small town please use it.

Worst possible customer service the girls are rude, they lack professional qualities and quite a few things were misrepresented to us when we signed up. Let me be clear our money belongs to us and we don't appreciate paying the hidden fees. I had to go to stockton to try to make some changes to avoid sneaky fees but apparently the fees are still there. When they tell you 6 transactions in a statement period you think its 30 standard calendar days but it is not it's actually 90 days theres hidden fee number #1. When you deposit your money, take it out to do with it the way you please that's counted as one of their #2 secret ways to charge you!!! Paying fees for unprofessional morons is not how We choose to spend our money or do business. We will be canceling both accounts and drive to bankofthewest in newman because they don't let us down as we have been faithful customers for 25 years. I guess you don't appreciate our business!

Came in to open a new checking account after leaving another bank chain with a bad experience . Patrick helped me and he was very nice and made me feel comfortable about switching banks.

If I have to give a star rating I guess I'll give a 1 star....I have been here in line for over 30 mins and still almost by the exit, all I needed to do was pay my rent to my owner, there is only one teller for the line and one teller for the business customers...this is crazy and there are still ppl waiting to be seen in sitting area!! They really need to do some hiring, as soon as one person returns another leaves, I understand they need their breaks but they should schedule accordingly....I feel very aggravated:/

I have been banking at this branch for several years now and have had nothing but great service. Yes they could use more tellers but the service I have received has always been excellent. Tellers are friendly and professional.
