I have banked with this bank for years and never had a bad experience up until now. I received a letter from the bank last week stating that I was short .20 cents on my February car payment. I called the bank the day before yesterday to take care of the matter in question. The lady I spoke to after explaining my situation to her said she would have to give me a callback. When she did call back my daughter answered my phone and let her know I wasn't home. We didn't catch the lady's name, but she told my daughter she would call me back at 3 o'clock, but I did not hear from her. So I called the bank again the following day aound 10:30ish. Still don't understand why the teller who helped me that day didnt make me aware that I made the check out with the wrong amount? It could have been an easy fix right then and there. Anyway, as I called the bank back, Barbara answered the phone. I explained to her my situation and she was not able to help me or explain why the teller did not bring to my attention that I made out the check for the wrong amount or why when I went in to make another car payment in March why the teller did not inform me that I was short the 20 cents in February and to pay it? I mean, if I am not made aware how am I suppose to know there is a issue. So Barbara transferred me to Filomena. As I was trying to explain what I already had shared with Barbara to Filomena about my situation she would keep interrupting me and put words in my mouth. Filomena's answer was, the teller ckecks balanced out that day. And I said, how could that be if the check I made to pay for the car payment was not the correct amount? She started raising her voice at me and I had to literally stop her and ask her to stop raising her voice at me. (pretty much borderline yelling at me.) Her response was, "OK I'LL TRY NOT TO RAISE MY VOICE AT YOU" like really, how unprofessional was that?? Kindness and better customer service would have been appreciated. There was no need for rudeness. I continued to explain to her that this was a bank error and needs to be corrected. Being that both times I came in in person no one made me aware of the shortage. It's 20 cents people I would have paid that right then in there if I was made aware. I asked Filomena how can she fix this because this cannot affect my credit since this was not a mistake I made. She could not give me an answer and said, she would have the supervisor call me. How ridiculous, "20 cents" short and neither one of the two employees could help me resolve this matter. I offered to pay the 20 cents since I made it very clear that the pocket change was not my issue, it's my credit being affected...which was what I was most concern about!Update: The supervisor called me and took care of the situation and agreed it was a bank error and apologized. Thank you for making things right, Jessica!

The atm is down often. But this time was enough. I went to deposit money and it shut down. It returned all my money BUT $60 that I had tried depositing. And since it's the weekend there is no one to get a hold of. I think it's time to change

The best place ever. Everyone is so kind and professional. I've never had any issues. All I can say is I will never go back to the old banks and the mobile app is heaven sent.

Very inconvenient for people who work late hours Im off work at 430pm everyday and it seems like this place is never open when I need them too be. Also closed at 5 pm everyday and not open on weekends just ridiculous! and to top it off there is no sister branches for convenience. Would not recommend this bank for anything! go to you local big name branches wellsfargo, Bank of America and chase that close at 9 pm and open on weekends for your deposits Never seen a bank like this piece of work
