This hotel is disgusting i do not recommend this at all. My grandmother of 86 years old and me stepped foot in the room we got a horrible smell like feet and feces the good thing is that my grandmother cant smell very well.I found about 10 roaches under the bed and was very very very disgusting so i decided to take a shower and after i got out of the shower i started itching like a dog with fleas i do not recommend this at all i will be speaking with the health department of this disappointing desease giving hotel i would think that a new virus would arise from this terrible hotel

Hello i was a recent customer that stayed at the maple inn and suite and i had very bad experience as soon as i walked in the bedsheets where dirty and dusty they do not clean properly and if they do clean they need to get new workers because the obviously cannot clean properly i honestly did not like my experience there over sll review 0/10 stars there was manure stains all over the bathroom floor aswell everything about the place is nasty

Location really sucked wasn't near any good places that were decent in my opinion except a couple take out places such as Starbucks,McDonald's and jack in the box service wasn't the worst but wasn't the best either and cleanliness was slightly above average but not to bad overall , lower prices are to be desired
Walkability: Could reach a couple cheaper food places on foot
Noteworthy details: None that I could tell was pretty average

DON’T STAY AT THIS MOTEL!!! When my daughter and I went into our room I immediately smelled something disgusting, and when we checked it out there was chips and cracks in the wall. Even the bathtub was chipped and disgusting, and the bed started to creak and sink when I placed my purse on the bed. This is not a motel you’d want to stay at!

Right when I went the room I went to the bathroom and it was so disgusting a bunch of stains and the beds had pee stains, bugs and hair and the TV had only two channels and don't stay

We had a good experience! We are new to Los Banos & needed a place to stay at the last minute and this was the only place that was available after hours, the staff was very nice! Thank you for the good

RESPONSE TO OWNER:Actually, YES, we checked in late in the evening of Thursday, August 17th, 2023. My cousin rented two double-queen rooms under her name, as we were traveling as a group from CA to OR when one vehicle broke down . The license plate of the blue pickup would match to MY last name.You really could have asked about that before being rude though. But hey, I do have a video and pics I can upload ...We were on the side where everything has been paved over.This place was HORRIBLE.SO SO SO DISGUSTING.Body fluids and hair absolutely everywhere on the bedding.The AC worked and the toilet flushed so there is that.

I attemted to call this buisness to inquire about their services and possibly rent a room for my job (non profit). A woman answered the phone and I introduced myself with my name and the organization I worked for (org name is in spanish). Before I could finish my sentence, the woman who aswered my called yelled "You’ re from there?! Sorry, we wont help you, goodbye!”. Before I could continue, the woman abruptly hung up on me. I tried calling back 3+ times and they would either let it ring before it went to voicemail, (no voicemail box set up) or answer the phone and hang up quickly. This situation was handled poorly and if possible, I would give 0 stars. Moving forward, I will not be reaching out to this buisness for any community projects or room rentals. If your workers fall apart and treat callers disrespectfully when answering phone calls, then the buisness as a whole is not to be trusted when dealing with individuals or the public as a whole. I wish you luck in training your staff on communication and public relations concidering that they training they do have already is inadequete.Noteworthy details: Poor phone service

When you're on the road in a big truck or a car with trailer this fits the bill. No frills rooms are clean and comfy enough for travelers to rest. Best deal in town.

First off, I review hotels and motels based on what I expect them to be at their level. I'm reviewing this as a 2 star hotel. We paid $150 for a room with three double beds (it was not a suite - I'm not even sure this place has suites despite the name). So overall, we were happy for what we expected with a two star hotel.We had a one night stay on our way north at Maple Inn & Suites.As others have said, the woman working the front desk was very nice, even at 10:30 at night when we were checking in.We stayed in a room with three double beds. It was tight, but all we needed for one night. I wouldn't say the room wasn't clean as others have said. It certainly had been cleaned and the beds were fresh. However, it might seem like it wasn't clean because it's aged. A big mirror was broken, the walls had marks, etc. But it had definitely been cleaned.I often remark on the shower head in my hotel/motel reviews because it's a thing for me. The shower head itself was fine here (plenty of pressure and quick to warm water), but it came up to my neck. (I'm tall, but not that tall at 6'1").All-in-all, we'd be comfortable staying here again.
