We remodeled a house in Los Banos and needed to rent it. We interviewed several companies and chose this one as they seemed to be organized and responsive. After being with them over a year, I can assure you that they are GREAT! If something goes wrong with the house, a leak, an electrical problem, or the AC, they have vetted workers who they can call, and are usually reasonably priced. The rent is collected and deposited on time. The office staff is easy to work with and very responsive. I recommend this company to you if you need property management.

From the moment we saw that the house was going to be put up for rent, we were immediately interested and they showed it to us. Nora, the secretary of Los Banos Management, was very kind and attentive. He helped us at all times and with any questions we had. The process was easy and very fast.

Our kitchen cabinet was starting to come apart so we contacted Jeana at Los Banos Property Management. She got right on it. She ended up getting our cabinets repaired and a new counter top and paint job. They went above and beyond what was expected. I would definitely recommend Los Banos Property Management if you're looking for a place to rent.
