I'd taken my car to this business for 3 years. I've had minor things happen. I have gotten minor scratches from this place. I have in my opinion a nice Benz coupe that I take exceptional care of. I have a card that if you do 10 washes you get one free. I had been washing my car at home but decided I would take it there to fill out the card. I always do the hand wash on my car which is why I go there. So I go early get my wash and they pull it out to dry. I watch always when they process my car. I noticed yesterday a young man was drying my car stopped and went back in to get more drying towels that wasn't usual. As he finished drying I tipped him and pulled off. As the sun hit my windshield there was a weird residue on my windshield it caused a glaring distortion. I took it back and they told me it was like that before I brought my car there...BS. They spent almost an hour buffing my windshield. The foreman told me next time I bring my car back they would run water on my windshield as proof somehow they had nothing to do with what happened. I'd rather take my car to another town together a wash or do it myself. They can keep the free wash!

Best car wash in town with a PHENOMENAL staff! Keep up the great work guys.Update: I viewed the comment about the high-end cars. I took mine in to see if that truly was an issue. I really have no idea what the guy is talking about. I own an exotic car, so I took it in and like always. This team did a great job. No issues whatsoever. I personally observed them move my vehicle from one place to another. I definitely will continue coming to this place.

A word of advice for those who own high end cars and value their possessions. I am here to save you great heart ache and headache. I am not here to complain or bad mouth their service because they do a good job cleaning the car. My issue has to do with the lack responsibility they show when they misplace your car keys and then to top it off try to blame you the customer for them misplacing your keys. Furthermore, trying to pry my doors handles open when my car was locked with my wife having to tell them they pop open when unlocked and please don't pry the door handles, smdh. Finally, they are yelling at my wife when she tells them she gave them the keys. They would not volunteer on who had our keys. I had to remotely open the car somehow they dropped it inside the car.Lesson one- make sure they understand how to operate your vehicle (start, turn off, change gears, lock and unlock) as rudimentary as it sounds. TrustMe don't take this for granted.Lesson two: If you have a hard time remembering who you give the key to I suggest taking a picture of them to remind them later since they won't volunteer that information.CheersService: Car waxing

I have been a customer here over 4 years. I've brought 3 different porsches and my truck to them and never had an issue until today. I brought my new 22 gts in to be detailed. Gave them the key and when it was done they called me up. I was not offered my car key so I asked "can I have my key" to which they responded "there was no key in it" which is odd because how would they have turned it on and driven it out front without the key? So I reminded them that the vehicle wouldn't have started if someone didn't have my key. They then started trying to pry my doors open (the door handles pop out when the car is unlocked, they should not be pryed open) and I had to stop them. The manager an older man with a beer belly got very aggressive and got in my face yelling at me that they didn't lock the key in there, I did. Which is ridiculous. I called my husband to see if he could bring me my spare key or get me an Uber and he was able to unlock the car via the Porsche app. The entire time the manager stood over my aggressively screaming that this isn't his fault and there's nothing he can do, don't blame him, etc. I will never be back to this place. This is not how you handle the situation when you and your staff are in the wrong. Very unprofessional and uncalled for.Service: Auto detailing
