They made a mistake on my taxes left me short thousands of dollar refund end paid twice to fix. Very annoying, Supposed to get a refund 175 paid twice for their service for the inconvenience they promised to give my refund 175 thru the mail. Waited 4-5 months and nothing. Don't even try to call them because they keep giving a run around act like nobody knows nothing even tho I have a copy of the receipt. I been going to them for the last 4 years but this time very unprofessional...be careful with them!! Do yourself a favor better off going to another place, this place not about their customers!

I have been a customer with Fiesta for several years now and their customer service never disappoints me. I had a question about my insurance and their manager, Eva, was out sick but Eva was still able to contact me and resolve my issue. Eva you are the best. Your customer service is always appreciated!

Don't fall for it.just becaus they are a less known insurance company. Others are cheaper with better coverage. I went in for full coverage insurance. They offered me $250 first payment and $80 with $1000 deductable and no road side assistance. I was able to walk outside and call Geico in less than 2 minutes and had insurance. I went with Geico $127 a month with $500 deductable and road side assistance 24 hour service.

Quick and easy process. We came in @ 9:00am as a walk in with doors just opened it was quiet and lonley i recommend mornings.
