“My van died on the I-5 on the way home from Redding. Once I secured automotive repairs, I called in and they had vacancy. Talk about fantastic owners (shout out to Vick) and what an adorable property! We got checked in quickly (and behind us, another stranded motorist!)Once we got to the room, the smoke alarm was beeping, so I went back to the office and Vick was there immediately to change out the battery.My mom's a retired painting contractor with *extremely* high standards, and she was impressed with the quality of the room. The bathroom was nicely retiled, and the shower is the second best water pressure I've encountered. The grounds are gorgeous with mint, palms and succulents all around.100% would stay again.”

“The best place to stay is in Los Banos. The king-size bed was big soft comfy and clean. I will be staying here for anything I need from the Los Banos area it's behind 31 Basket Robbins!!! The girls that assisted us at night and the am were very professional and nice.Rooms: Room was nice and big and very clean.Walkability: Walkable to the liquor store across the street, salon, and restaurants across the walkway.Food & drinks: Snacks were available to those who stayed the night for 1 dollar soda, chips, and snacks of that sort, which was a nice tough sometimes that's all you need to hold you over till the next time you can eat.”
