The employees at our local Home Depot are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Kids building day on the first every month, is so much fun for my daughter and gives our family quality family time! Thank you for that.

The straw that broke the camel's back... I've always had problems with this home dept... from rude employees to wrong paints mixed... today was that Employees don't know their store policies... told that I can get something done at the store by one employee and counted by the managment. I will be not using them for future home improvements ... we are now going to Lowe's for the carpet purchase we need to do for our rental...

This Home Depot customer service is TERRIBLE! We went in to buy a tool chest, willing to spend a decent amount, we asked for help about 3-4 times every time they had to page someone who worked in the department, I get it people know certain things about certain departments but it was just a tool chest! We literally waited 30 minutes just for help, then decided what we wanted and waited another 45 just for them to get it down. We were just going to walk out at that point. Then they asked if wanted loading assistance! I said hell no we may be waiting another 30 mins for that! Terrible service...

I am disappointed every time I go to Home Depot. When Lowe's was in town I would go there for my needs. They always catered to their customers, especially women.. Now I am stuck with Home Depot. I keep thinking next time it will be a positive experience. No matter what I am looking for I can never find an employee to help me. I will go down several aisles, sometimes clear across the store. Surprise! Not happening

Crooks and dirty tactics. I have never had a good experience at this store. In this instance, i needed dishwasher. I could afford a $320 dishwasher including tax. I enter their store into the website and settle on a frigidare brand that would be $315 with tax. Then i check stock on the dishwasher I am told they would have to order it and i would have to pay a $56 delivery fee "A $56 DELIVERY FEE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL DISHWASHER THEY DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK UNDER $400. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY DISHWASHERS IN STOCK UNDER $400 PER THE ON DUTY MANAGER CROOKS, DIRTY TACTICS! Take the extra 5 min and go to Lowes. Home depot is scum! Part two: Okay so i bought an evaporative cooler in 2016 for $600 and purchased the 3 year warranty for an extra $130. The champion cooler is now making a screeching sound from the motor and the power cord is hot, so i called the warranty place and after 26 days still have not been able to get them to even look at the cooler. So, once again. Home depot is proven to be a bunch of crooks selling crappy products with warranties they will not honor

Why do they only have self-check open on a Saturday morning? No one staffing the Pro counter except a woman telling people that counter isn't open. Meanwhile the line backs up with people trying to buy their weekend project supplies at the self-check.

Not real pleased with Home Depot this morning... I needed to get some miscellaneous garden watering items, so I went to my local Los Banos Home Depot. I got a cart, as I wasn't certain what all I was going to get. As I was turning to go down the garden hose/sprinkler isle, there were two male employees in conversation with one leaning against a non-operating forklift (it was taking up half the isle), so I edged to the left as to avoid the employees...mind you, they did not move to get out of the customer's way! My cart got hung up on some cardboard from a box of hoses, and I had to extract myself out of it...all the while, the two employees continued talking. I had to push the cart well past them, as they were standing approximately right where the merchandise was that I was looking to buy. Again, they just continued talking, and me trying to find what I was looking for. After a few minutes of me searching and pondering, the two employees moved away to continue their conversation. Not once did either of them ask if I needed help! Oh, I forgot to mention that it was not a Home Depot related conversation... As I went to the checkout, there were three girls standing against the end of an isle chatting about someone and her baby. One register light and all the del-checkout lights were on. I moved toward the number 2 check out that had the light on, but it was empty of cashier. I looked over to the employees deep in conversation, but no one acknowledged me. I then went to to self checkout. You failed today in customer service, Home Depot!!! Why have employees if they are not going to help the customer? Very disappointed.

Changing review they put it together and had it ready for us and manager stepped up and took good care of us. Thanks Oh my .... Im getting very annoyed yesterday I purchased an in store product it offered free installation and that it would be ready that day. After I pay about 30 min later a girl calls me from Home Depot saying sorry it wont be ready until next wed because the assembly guy only comes on wed. Me: oh I need it by next wed is it easy to assemble? Girl: yea it is? Me: is it a big box that will fit in my convertible without tearing seats? Girl: yea its pretty small. So I get there to pick it up and the box is pretty big. The guy helping me prints up a pick up confirmation sheet, so I tell him I need my hubby to pu in a truck he said thats fine just have hubby show this paper. I leave hubby calls me upset that he left work to go down there unaware that its not assembled. I told him I would do it because they switched things up and said it couldn't be done till next week. Hubby:no I want it assembled thats what was promised when you payed for it. Guy helping hubby said it will be done yesterday or today. Still no word from home depot today and so I call and girl says: note here says manager daniel spoke to wife and informed her of assembly wed and wife was ok with that. Me: I never spoke with a manager named daniel? Girl: Items not even here its been picked up already! Me: item has not been picked up girl: are you sure you didn't send someone that already pu? Me: no my hubby went to pu but left it because guy he spoke with promised to fix it yesterday or today and that obviously hasn't happened yet! Annnnooooyyyyyiiinnngggg and I want my BBQ pit lets stop being silly!

Last Saturday April 15, 2017 I and my wife where in the Los Banos store to pickup an internet order of Lexan Thermoclear. The checkout clerk was extremely hostile. She stood there and glared at me the whole process. A lady at the returns counter and that clerk both noticed this clerks hostility. I am a disabled senior citizen and needed help. Non was offered. My wife helped me and by Tuesday my back injury pain had mostly gone away from hoisting the two sheets of Lexan onto our car. What is your clerks problem? I wrote this incident up on the email survey I got from Home Depot. I am writing now to make sure this is not forgotten. Hostile, glaring stone faced, no help and damaged goods this is a new low for Home Depot. Update May 18, 2017 No response from Home Depot. It looks like they want to ignore this and maybe it will die on its own. Not a chance. The only thing I can figure is they have had issues with this clerk before. In my option she is a white supremacist or a brown supremacist and Home Depot is protecting her since it is also their philosophy. I am white and my wife is mixed race. Be my guest and read Home Depot regarding Case: 06165349 Dewey Added June 26, 2017 May I add? That Home Depot Los Banos in my experience Is a hostile establishment towards Vietnam Era Veterans and disabled senior citizens which I am both. I my opinion Home Depot should be avoided. Especially if you value America. Dewey Sent from my iPhone

Poor customer service. We were in the patio area for over half an hour and nobody came over to ask if we needed assistance, about 4-5 employees were gathered around the service desk laughing and having a good time. Nice that people enjoy where they work but to find someone that actually does work would be helpful. Also, employees watched while a customer let her little dog walk around unleashed and it peed on the floor merchandise. Gross, if your animal is that small, ask customers to carry them or place in a shopping cart so they don't contaminate merchandise and people buy it unknowingly and take it home.
