I wish Google have a negative star rating because giving this company 1 star is like giving a toddler a semi truck to drive way out of its league.They do not pay to carriers and why they don't pay aaah because they don't feel like paying no reason just don't wanna pay.STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM FRUGAL.

This company it’s not a good company to work with, after the load was delivery you will never get pay, there is no phone number you could call to check on payment status. Stay away from this company, unless you plan to drive for free. The Net 30 pay of this company it’s only for LOOKS. Maybe you could use them only for super back up. Or when the market dried up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BROKER it’s the SAFEST.

Absolute Joke of a company. RUN AWAY! just look at their insane contract and know you will be screwed one way or another by these people. They have NO CREDIT. But they have plenty of time to report you to carrier411 for them not having any credit. Believe all of the horrible reviews and don't waste your time.

Booked a load from Stockton, CA to Ontario, CA driver showed up 2 hours before his appointment and waited to get loaded at 7pm Fragal called me and said load will be ready to pick up in the morning and he will pay layover. At 7am driver received a phone call from the shipper and gave him a door and loaded him up. Around 8:30am Frugal calls me and said the driver needs to do back to the shipper because they miss some product. When my driver showed up the shipper off loaded my truck and loaded the product onto different truck and they said they they just following instructions from Frugal. When I contacted Frugal about the layover and Truck Order Not Used they said they won't pay anything and hung up. FRUGAL IS A FRAUD...... DO NOT WORK WITH THEM

Don't waste your time with this company, it's one of many. Like all Indian companies, it is useless, they don't pay and there are a lot of headaches!!!

They have the most horrible service. Don't book loads with this company under any circumstance. its not worth it. they are being unprofessional with the payment on a detention from a load locally. To be honest just dont deal with indians. they are a rip off.
