The costumer service at this place is amazing! Gemma and Stephanie we’re so nice and so patient. I had an issue with trying to create a prepaid account and remove my line from another account. They were making calls lefts and right and super informative about what was going on. I’m honestly super great full for their immense help and dedication! ☺️

Our Business account has been with Verizon for over 20 years and have been going to this Verizon for a few years now and service is always great. Stephanie has always gone above and beyond to help with account, new purchases, billing issues and resolved account matters for me. She’s very friendly and knowledgeable and is always there to help me with my account if I walk in or call in. Thank you!

Came in with some electronic problems and stephanie was very helpful & very patient with me she was also able to fix the problem with my device great customer service I will definitely be coming back to this Verizon !! ☺️

Associate had no knowledgeable about promotions being offered only phones they had in stock were expensive everything including the free phones had to be ordered no phones on display I didn't even get service I left and went to a different store different company

Marcus helped me find the best deals to fit my needs. He showed me all my opinions and answered all of my questions. Got a new iPhone and Apple watch and ended up paying less on my monthly bill when all was said and done!

I went to this store today to try and get my son's service reinstated and get him a phone, there was 1 clerk in there and she seemed very rude like she hated her job and it was an inconvenience for her to have to wait on us, after a few minutes I realized she wasn't interested in helping us and we left. I would recommend people to avoid this store and go somewhere else. We went to Boost, and it was a relief to talk to a lady who was nice and helped us. Thanks Boost!

If you are looking for an amazing customer service experience go to this location and ask for Marcus. He was fantastic and the best representative I've ever encountered. He answered my 1000 questions and was very friendly, informative and helpful. Best customer service ever.

I wish I could give a negative star for this store. rotten service, rotten attitudes from POC who work there. Don't go in if you are an elderly gray white woman on a walker! You will not be welcome there.

First thing I noticed is how clean the store is. Second- how I was greeted. Now days, people don’t greet you when you walk into their store. I had a few simple questions and Stephanie was able to answer them. She’s very informative, and i appreciate her great customer service.

I went in after having a horrible experience at the other Verizon Location in town & Stephanie went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. I called her to ask if she had certain accessories I needed for my daughter’s phone & she held them for me at the counter upon arrival. She was so courteous and helpful, she was extremely professional and assisted me as soon as I walked through the door. I would definitely recommend this location over the other one in town & I highly suggest you go to Stephanie for anything you may need. She was extremely kind and made me feel so welcomed. Thank you Stephanie, for your patience and amazing customer service!!
