The customer services has declined over the past year to an atrocious level. I really wish I was exaggerating of how horrible this pharmacy has become to the point where several Target Employees discussed with me the constant complaints they receive from customers regarding the decline in quality and lack of professionalism from CVS Employees.This was my favorite place but now begrudgingly looking to transfering my prescriptions elsewhere.

I had a prescription transferred over from Kaiser, the girl who helped me at the counter, Michele, was really helpful. Filled the paper for me with the necessary information for Kaiser to transfer it over for me. Definitely a 5 star service

This Pharmacy is pretty bad. I miss Kaiser but I'm stuck with locals in LB. Honestly, all of them in this town are pretty bad but I thought CVS would be more professional. Guy told me they were having problems with their fax machine. I showed him right on my medical app that the scrip was ordered & confirmed received but said they couldn't help me. He said someone was coming in Thursday to look at fax machine. I'm like, were in target, go grab a fax machine and plug it in. ridiculous to do this to your customers & its always something. Also, if they moved any slower they would be going backwards...they suck.

Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacy rep literally ran to the back counter a hide when she saw me coming. I was there at 9:01pm and all the pharmacy employees ignored my presence and when “Dewey” ( I asked for his name) finally looked up 2 minutes later he rudely said they were closed and come back tomorrow. I told him I just wanted to check if my daughters prescription was ready, he said he could not check. And let me just say I was late because no one picked up the phone call. I had been calling for more than one hour. And “Dewy” the pharmacist said that was weird because there phone was working. Yet there was a kind enough employee who went out of his way a checked to see if my daughters prescription was there. Thank you to the employe. Yet due to this bad experience I will stop using los banos target pharmacy. I started using Save Mart pharmacy and it was a pleasant experience. All these years and never knew Save Mart had a pharmacy.

What an awful pharmacy. Not quite as bad as Walmart but close. They'll have 5 pharmacists filling prescriptions, but a single person at the cashier. Meaning a wait of 1/2 hour to a full hour. Absolutely stupid. Every day it is like this. It doesn't matter if it's 11 AM or 7 PM. There is always a line. I have never had more than a 5 minute wait at the Save Mart Pharmacy. Usually there's no line at all. That is why CVS has lost my business.

Iv been trying to call the pharmacy to check up on my prescription but no one answered it after 10 min of waiting it feels like they pick up the phone and the call gets disconnected

I have the CVS Caremark mail-in service, and my doctor placed an order with them. They emailed me saying the prescription couldn't be refilled until 3/28, 11 days away, not counting mailing time. My prescription was not a refill and I needed it much sooner than that. I called CVS to try to straighten it out. The call took 1 hour and 40 minutes, and the people I talked to were rude, kept transferring me, and even hung up on me, twice! I was not mean-spirited during my call. Eventually CVS told me to take my email to my local CVS and ask them to cancel my mail-in order and fill the prescription there. The pharmacist was rude, told me it was my doctor's mistake, and wouldn't fill the order. CVS must not be interested in customer service at all!
