The girl with black hair and a pink smiley piercing couldn’t understand that my sim wasn’t working and I just wanted help to start it or fix it I have arthritis in both hands and I tremble often so I struggle with little things like that . When I walked in she immediately told me she would have to charge me for even helping me… which I have no issue with just random to throw it out there but I get it.. then while I’m trying my best to explain what’s going on with the sim and activation, she laughs smiling saying “I don’t know what your talking about, what do you want me to do?” I understand yes I am older but I always use to go into boost for help and never had this experience…at that point I could tell she didn’t know what she was doing. I just left no help but I did end up figuring it out but obviously it would be nice to still be able to go in there and get help..

Best customer service I've ever had they are friendly and solved all my problems on my phone from transferring my contacts and my pictures to recovering or resetting my passwords. To also helping do insurance claims and explain everything. They will figure everything out for their customers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend

I been with boost for years now and the costumer service is always really good, the girls are very helpful with any questions I have about my phone bill or any new offers they have when my phone needs updates they help me with having my phone up to date.

the lady that was on the phone with me about getting a new phone didn't hear me right 3 times and then she set the phone down and didn't know she was still on where i can hear her and said he gave me the wrong f****** pin to the other worker.

Really bad experience. The ladies who provide the service to clients make a lot of mistakes. I ended up not having any phone insurance event though I was told VERY CLEAR to the lady to include it. PLEASE DONT TRUST THEM, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND MAKE SURE That everything you bought or paid for it IS ON WRITING or in your RECEIPT!!!

worst experience. wish i could give 0 stars!!! i went in just to ask for an estimate yesterday to port over to boost mobile, young man helped me and said it would be $115. then girl walked in, started bossing him around and took over the sale. she then tried telling me it would be $260 and i said i didnt want to port over. i never told them to proceed with sale and now my 3 lines are disconnected and i dont have service with any company. she ported my numbers to boost without my permission and now im screwed. plus, she had the worst customer service!
