My car broke down on the I5 yesterday and I was stuck in the center divide in triple digits heat. Initially I got into contact with a different roadside assistance company (not towing) who said they could come to the car to try and resolve the mechanical issue. That ended up being a bust and costing money and 5 hours of my time for nothing. Luckily I booked a tow truck through our cc benefits to save on the cost. The dispatcher confirmed that this company and provided an ETA of about 60-90mins. They did include a disclaimer that drivers are not obligated to allow passengers and it's at their discretion. This mattered to me since I was nearly 100 miles from home and had been stranded for hours in 106 degree weather. I then contacted the driver directly and he confirmed that I could join him in the truck and that he would be be there in one hour (this ETA was not unreasonable considering I was in the middle of no where). He even arrived a few minutes early than expected. After a very stressful day, the professional and friendly attitude of the driver felt like a saving grace. My car (and I) made it home safely and timely. I live in congested part of town but the driver was able to handle it with ease. He was even nice enough to help me push the car into a parking spot in my apartment building's garage. The costumer service is A+++ If ever find yourself in need of roadside assistance in Northern California area, I highly recommend this company.

I ran over my semi trailer and damaged the front axle brake chamber and airlines. Contact Avila Towing. They came out and get me back on the road. Highly recommend.

Great service. Locked my keys in my car and was in a hurry, cancelled last minute because another tow truck came sooner. HOWEVER the other towing could NOT unlock my car and gave up. One guy showed up and couldn't connect the ramps to his truck then the other kept saying he would come and never showed up.i waited 3grs in 98 degree weather. Terrible service

Aaron Avila is the person who started this company now he works for gil so his review is all wrong because gil is nothing like he explains and 99% of all the reviews are from their friends and all lies this is a very small town where everyone knows everyone so trust me when I say their pulling your leg the reviews are really friends of theirs trying to help them out how pathetic lol this company sucks
