The lady that answers the phone is very rude . I was looking for a storage facility and after speaking with her I decided to go elsewhere where the staff is more pleasant .

I have been a long time customer with this company and have never had an issue with them. I am surprised by the bad reviews. This company has been ran under the same management for over 17 years. I love the low prices, the availability and the convenience of calling in my payment. If I call in a payment not during office hours, I leave a message and it gets taken care of the next business day. Never a hassle. I would and will continue to recommend this company to anyone in need of a storage unit.

I have been renting from this storage for approx 15 years. Now it seems their processes have gone backwards than forward. I can no longer pay online. I have to call in and make a payment if they answer the phone. I have been hit with a late fee this month and last. Will take my stuff out of this facility as soon as I can!

I am wondering if they have a new manager? The old one was great. I have had this storage for 8 years or so. Now they have a new manager I think or they changed their payment system. They no longer will let me pay my bill online. Either way this is not showing good customer service. I'm screwed if they don't answer the phone and I get a late fee!

This stupid a** lady told my mom she was getting the next storage that came available and then lied to her when my mom followed up and said she never promised it. She should be ashamed of herself and the way she treats her customers. What a fucken b*****

This is the best self storage facility I have ever used. Loretta, the manager, works very hard to keep her location clean and efficient. I enjoy working with her.

The storage itself an access was easy an smooth. But a misunderstanding between the Lady on site and I happened and she had all the nerve in the world to CALL me, GO OFF on me, and ACCUSE me of something I DIDN'T DO, even though there are literally DOZENS of cameras everywhere. Will never use this storage place again an will NEVER recommend after that "Service".

We have used this facility several times. Each time has been a great experience. Rates are good and the facility is clean. The front office is fast and efficient. I would definitely use them again!

(Click on me to read full review) Terrific Place. Terrible Manager. A nice, clean, secure facility with competitive prices. Represented a third party in renting locker. Rented in the evening, but very next morning I had to rescind the contract. Because we never moved in and very little time was wasted they did allow a refund, an exception to their no refund policy. I express gratitude to the owner for that. However, the property managers conduct was unprofessional and brazenly disrespectful. Was told by her that all lockers have a special going, $20 off the first two months. When I didn't receive that, she made an excuse. I asked if she would credit it next month, which she agreed too. So it wasn't forgotten and to prevent hearsay, I put it in writing (and brought it the following morning), that's when she snapped the document away from me without asking and her conduct went from mildly snarky to completely unprofessional. Miss Cox's change in temperament and denial was testament she had no intention of honoring her word. I was belittled when I received the full refund later that day. I expressed appreciation and gave respect even though none was received. Her behavior was appalling for someone in the customer service industry. I apologized for any inconveniences caused, but that was not enough. She had to make it personal, when it never needed to be.
