They have kept my truck for 4 months now and its worse than when i brought it in. Horrible customer service and the man will lie saying he did work but not show any receipts to what he did. My truck is now smoking and needs to be towed to another shop. Horrible business dong take your vehicle's here. You will regret it and end up spending more money.

I had the total nightmare situation of having my steering make popping noises and jerking to the right while on the way to LA from the Bay. I got it to Jesse before things got worse. He was able to get me in right away, diagnose and fix the steering in a matter of hours, and do so at a reasonable price. I was able to get to LA the same day. Thanks Jesse.

Jesse (or Jesus as his legal name is) replaced a Ford Ranger engine for us in November 2021. Although the engine work he did was satisfactory, in the process of replacing the engine, he destroyed the front grill of the truck.Jesse promised to replace the grill and mail it to us in a timely manner.We paid him in full for the job in good faith and he never replaced the grill.We phoned him several times over the next six months and every time he claimed he is sending it the following week.It has been a year and three months since we had this incident.It is evident at this time that he never intended to replace the grill in the first place, in spite of his repeated promises.It is deplorable that a dishonest mechanic still operates and ostensibly servicing people's vehicles.We would never engage him again for mechanical work for this reason. The mechanic explained in detail the work I had done on my vehicle. My vehicle runs great now. Honest mechanic work in LB. I will return in the future when my vehicles require attention

Jesse is the best mechanic you can ask for! I had an emergency with my alternator and he accommodated properly. He got my part and I was back on the road in less than 3 hours! Very satisfied

This guy whatever is name is idk. I took my BMW to him early morning and he told me he had all parts and that he would call me when he knew what problem was. First of all he never called he took all day never even looked at my car. I had to pick up at 6pm after I called him 6 times asking about my car. He told me h had to go back to shop meaning he closed shop without touching my car or calling me. And once I picked up my car. 30 minutes later i get a voicemail of him talking about me calling me a Fn certified bmw idiot and continued to trash talk me. Please please please don't go to this guy he is very rude and doesn't do what he says !!!!!! Very bad business man and not trustworthy at all

Well Jesse is probably the first auto mechanic that I can say I trust. I had First found his shop via yelp reviews for my mom and dad's vehicle for repair. I can't remember exactly what he did but he fixed the problem and found out that it actually was more of a job than he had anticipated but he still held firm on the amount he quoted; however my parents added some money for his troubles. I have just started to do my own work on my vehicles and I was gonna need someone to look over my work. Otherwise my mother would be nagging me about if it was safe or not. Way too much nagging for my ears.So I did my front brakes changed the brake pads and rotors. I didn't realize I was going to the same person I referred my mom and dad to until we got there and my mom mentioned who Jesse was. Jesse is open seven days a week, this guy works really hard. If you need to get any type of mechanic work I would definitely recommend Jesse. I myself will be using him on a consistent basis to look over my work. The next thing I'm going to do is the rear brakes replacing the shoes and drums and then replace my struts and shocks. My mom can rest assured now that whenever I do some thing on my vehicles I will have him double check everything! Not to mention his pricing is very very reasonable.
