I get everything I need, and service is very good, some customers abuse and are rude when they order things, and in return they want merchandise for free. The phrase "the customer is always right" it should be "the customer abuse of the rights" if the card doesn't work it could be that you don't have enough money or it's a malfunction of the card reader. Not mentioned the thieves.

Man this has to be the most useless store!! I don't know why I bother coming back and hoping for change. Yet EVERY TIME it's the same crap dawg. This store doesn't except Apple Pay, but installed a kiosk recently that accepted the payment. A month later the damn thing doesn't work anymore smh this store has outdated food stocked and it's always a mess. The staff are rude and honestly aren't helpful at all. I'd give this place a negative star if I could. Will never return here again.

I visited 7-Eleven recently and my experience was just average. The store clerks there weren't very friendly, and the machines looked pretty dirty. For a safer option, I would recommend avoiding hot foods and sticking to prepackaged items.

Horrible the cashier that closes thats short chubby super rude just doesnt want to be there beyond petty too seen her go off and be super rude to other people loyal customers for years sad this place will go down with people like that . Lied saying my card wasn’t working when she didn’t want to simply serve me and will definitely contact the owner or hr if I dont see s change.

Hated working here. Don’t recommend it at all. At first things were great then things be mean to be more toxic. Never again shall I come back. Circle K has a better vibe.

All I gotta say is if you don’t like customer service, you need to quit your job. The big chick that works in the afternoon on Saturday is so rude and lazy it’s embarrassing.

If one of the lady’s Deny you a receipt they are stealing money from you take a picture of the screen because I bought 4 items that came out to 9.93$ and on my bank statement it shows 17.52 they are stealing from the people.

One of the worst 7-Eleven I have gone to in the past couple of years. The customer service was rude as the lady didn’t want to scan my rewards when I had purchased over $40 of merchandise. She didn’t want to give my receipt and lied and said nothing was working. Worst place to go, stay away if you have hate bad customer service .

Very friendly person they greet you and smile, they even say thank you. I mean you could spend your money somewhere else. If you are a regular !! They know you by name. They have lottery and snacks if you are on the run - I never leave feed back on 7-11 but this one is good. They take their time and talk to u.

This new location on Mercey Springs needs to have a talk with their employee older guy i went today 10/12/2021 in morning all their coffee things were empty i asked if they were going make some and he was rude he didnt care he was looking out the window doing nothing while the lady was hard at it i left and mumbled something and shook his head now i know i Circle K across the street is always booming.This was In Los Banos Ca on Mercey Springs Rd.
