My recent experience at Yoshinoya was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The primary issue revolved around the quality of the food, specifically the rice, which was served nearly uncooked (About 10% was just raw). I had to throw them all in trash can.Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the rice had an unpleasant texture, indicating that it was not adequately cooked. This lapse in the kitchen's attention to detail was disappointing, as rice is a fundamental component of many dishes at Yoshinoya. I expected a higher standard, and the undercooked rice fell short of those expectations.Adding to my dissatisfaction was the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff. While I was waiting for my meal, I couldn't help but notice the staff members giggling and swearing in plain view of customers. Such behavior is not only disrespectful but also creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for customer.To make matters worse, the staff member responsible for handling the rice seemed to be continuously looking in my direction. This behavior added an additional layer of discomfort, and I found it unprofessional and invasive.I believe it's essential for a restaurant to maintain a level of professionalism and ensure the quality of their dishes. I hope Yoshinoya takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to provide a better environment for its customers.

Terrible service, I asked for no vegetables in my bowl and they gave me less than half of rice, that seemed like an He didn't like me and he started saying things in English with his partner thinking that he didn't understand English but he failed and knowing that I was there he didn't care and laughing sarcastically they kept talking about me. Ahhh and he got angrier because I asked for his name. One pays.We DO NOT ask for things for free. I went with a lot of fever and a headache because I didn't feel like cooking and being able to feed my daughter? I didn't even eat the fucking courage anymore.

Online it says it’s open till 1am and other sites it says 11pm. I made an order for pick up on Uber eats and it went through and when we got there the door was closed and the person refused. Called and she would not decline the order was lying saying they didn’t receive an order and then said for me to just ask for a refund.

Very small portions every time I come here. False advertising, people don’t want to buy 70% rice and 30% meat. I expect my plates too look like what they advertise and actually being a full plate. Workers are nice tho, but this is a scam of people’s food/money.

I do not recommend ordering their spring rolls. I ordered 4 and ate 2. An hour later I was having intense diarrhea from food poisoning. Lasted until the next day.

I just want to see I am very thankful for the wonderful customer service, and the quick detailed attention that I was given by Miss Amalia the supervisor at this restaurant, I presented an issue to her. She quickly not only resolved it, but made me a new, reoccurring customer finally Wanna say thank you for your wonderful service and your quick attention. I will certainly be back.
