Yogurtland is my absolute favorite yogurt spot. Unfortunately not all of the locations are good. My favorite location closed and I decided to check this location out.I called the store before making the drive to make sure that they had the flavors that I like. The girl that answered said that they DID have the MAIN flavor (plain tart) that I wanted so I went over only to find out that they did NOT have it! I was really disappointed! The consistency of the yogurt was great but my experience wasn't exactly pleasing because I like plain tart! Nothing else can replace it.I told the attendant that I called and she said that they ran out within 30 minutes and the new batch was too hard to put in the machine. By the way it was more than an hour before closing. She told me to come back the next day and they would surely have it. Sorry but that wasn't acceptable for me. Defeated the whole purpose of me calling before making the trip. The store was nice and clean though.

The Yogurtland near us recently closed, so sad so we ventured here. Just read the negative reviews and wanted to add this place is ?.Clean friendly and smiling faces. No more taste testing but the reason for this is acceptable to me.I've watched people come in and taste numerous flavors then exit the store! How rude. These people have caused the changes I assuming.Anyway not paying for your yogurt is also disturbing. It's a great place people.

It's exactly what you'd expect from a Yogurtland! No more samples at the moment but plenty of toppings in stock and always a lovely sweet treat while traveling :)

Very Unpleasant ExperienceI recently visited this yogurt shop with a friend, arriving just two minutes before closing time at 9:30 (wasn’t aware according to Google they close at 10:00pm). Unfortunately, our late arrival seemed to inconvenience an already overwhelmed employee who conveyed a negative attitude, rushing us to decide quickly.Despite our efforts to expedite the process, we were denied the opportunity to add fruit and candied toppings, apparently due to our late arrival. What was even more disheartening was the employee's comment, suggesting we shouldn't come in so late next time.Feeling punished for our tardiness, I expressed my dissatisfaction, only to be met with additional rudeness from another employee. Despite being allowed to buy yogurt, the overall experience was unpleasant, and I left without making a $35 purchase. In summary, my visit was marred by the employees' lack of professionalism and unwelcoming attitude. I caution others to think twice before choosing this yogurt shop, as the service provided was both rude and incompetent by the late night Sunday shift team.

This is our fifth or sixth time here and unfortunately, our last. Almost every time we've come the bathroom is out of service, which isn't a major problem, but it would be nice to wash ours hands before we had some yogurt. More annoying is that they still don't let you sample any of the flavors! That paper sign has been up on the wall for I don't know how long. And it's great if you know exactly what flavor you want but what's the point of introducing new flavors and you can't even try it to see if you like it before you buy it. Unfortunately, it seems the Yogurtland at the Ladera center is permanently closed now. We'll have to find somewhere else we can actually sample before we buy.

Yea... save your money and use that for gas to drive 2 miles to the Ladera Yogurtland. I guess every Yogurtland is a franchise and they are not all the same. For one, they only have worker. Which means that you may be waiting to be assisted in any way. The one in the Ladera Center always has two employees-- one that handles check out and one that monitors the line. I never realized how serious this was until I came here and saw little children arms in most of the toppings. The one in Ladera? I've seen them switch out ingredients when a child has placed their hands in it (because I get it, gummy worms get me excited, too). Which leads me to the fact that they don't offer samples. I am a CLEAN FREAK so I get the need to create a clean, healthy environment but it almost feels cheap or a way to cut costs considering all the ways they fail in "monitoring" cleanliness. At the height of covid, this was necessary but there weren't any masks, nor the yoguristas (i made up that word) weren't serving the toppings. Lastly, but definitely not least, the fruit taste out of season and strange. It's a mixed between unripened and the rag they wiped the knife off with. When people are paying $10 for a yogurt, give them a better experience. Keep items clean and full. Offer samples. Have a more welcoming environment. And for the love of everything creamy, use new rags.

I had a corporate event I needed catering for. Maritza at Yogurtland was so friendly and helpful. I needed an order of 250, it was packaged extremely well and it was easy to set up once we were at the event. We were supplied with plenty of spoons, napkins and toppings for everyone at the event. Would definitely use their services again for another corporate event.

I used to love this place but they no longer provide any testers so I was forced to get flavors I ended up ALL disliking …. Not to mention their prices went up so now it’s a gamble for too high a price. Definitely not enjoying my visits anymore unfortunately.

Completely a bare bones operation. With over priced yogurt. 22$ for 2 servings. I guess i got caught in the TOURIST TRAP at the location near airport. I don't mind spending money for what I want as long as I feel it's a good value. Many flavors to choose from but no samples. How could I possibly know if i would like the newer flavor creations with a small taste? Advice to the owner , DO BETTER.

at least one of their employees seems to HATE customers. Her idea of "service" is to say No. You're wrong. and I can't do that (for you). Her name may be Ariceli (her writing was - weirdly - nearly illegible.)Horribly unpleasant. Her behavior was shouting F... You. (So she didn't have to be honest and actually say the words.)AVOID this location. Unless you know your luck is golden and you will have no problems and will be there - fortuitously - when she's not working. And, hopefully, the manager who left her in charge without (according to her) the authority to solve problems hasn't employed others who have such disdain for the people she's "serving"p.s. Zero Stars would be better

Sweet mother of God! $29 for three cups!! Their yogurt is now $.75/oz! No way. Never again. I have been a customer for years and their price has been creeping and creeping. Finally, it's time to say goodbye.

Fro yooooo, this place never ceases to be exactly what it needs to be. Delectable yogurts and a variety of flavors that range from classic to experimental. Boba yogurt?! Thai iced tea? How fun. The standard cheesecake, cookies and cream, and vanilla are all scrumptious and have been for the past decade I've been a customer. I'm not a frequenter, but I'm a life time customer. I guess you can say this yogurt spot has developed a... culture!
