Kneko is amazing. I went for the free class and saw how Knekoh freestyled the lesson to match the intermediate level of all those in attendance.I fell in love from one visit. I plan on coming back here.

This area is the actual deal, vintage college yoga studio ! i used to be a student at yoga circle for more then 2 years earlier than I moved far from los angeles. Knekoh who owns, runs and operates the studio is first-rate and has an outstanding group of teachers. i really like it right here and it’s the most down to earth studio in la

This is by far my favorite yoga studio. The studio is clean, friendly and fully equipped. I appreciate that they offer private session, in which I am able to ask questions and fix my form. All the instructors are nice and attentive to their students. I highly recommend this studio!!

Oh my god this class was so intense. I couldn't help but laugh in my head as we sped through the poses so fast that you could hardly get into one pose before the next pose was called out. This place is NOT for the faint of heart. It is SO so fast and really not for beginners. I do think I got a good work out because I was sweating nonstop but good lord.

I have been a student at Yoga Circle since 2018. Each instructor has a unique style and skillset while maintaining the same standards and ethos threaded throughout every class. I highly recommend trying and combining each instructor and the various classes provided at yoga circle for a wholistic practice. The three very unique teachers that have distinguished styles are Knekoh, Jacqui, and Rob. I love all three and each teacher serves a precise purpose to my yoga practice. Knekoh for my mindful meditation, Jacqui for a concentration of the body, and Rob for spiritual awakening. The other instructors are also great and are generally a hybrid of these three. If you're up for the challenge, source Yoga Circle as your place to complete the 200 hour yoga teacher training. I was in the 2020 class with Knekoh and Rob. Yoga Circle did a tremendous job at switching from real life training to virtual training. The quickness of the transition was impressive. Both Knekoh and Rob are incredibly dedicated to their students and their own practice. Both have polar yet complementing energies that make the TT special.

Yoga Circle Downtown was my studio for years before I moved away. Now that Covid-19 has struck, I've been able to reconnect with Knekoh and her studio via Zoom. I hadn't done yoga consistently for the last two years, had an old shoulder injury, and had developed hip and back pain from sitting at a desk for so many years. Since I started working from home, I have been doing doing yoga here 5 times a week for the past 6 months with Knekoh, Rob, and Jacquie. My physical therapist had told me my shoulder was as good as it was going to get and my doctor wanted to put me on prescription painkillers for my back pain. I'm happy to report that my shoulder's range of motion has increased beyond what my physical therapist thought possible and my back and hip pain is gone. The studio's teaching style adapts well to Zoom as the teachers practice with the students and also provide very precise verbal cues for the various poses. They also offer a Yoga Therapy class for the Back and Spine and a class for Every Body for those who lack range of motion or are just out of shape. Jacquie always provides a dynamic challenging flow that never repeats and Knekoh is a great all-around instructor for all levels. Rob always provides dynamic new ways to stretch out every corner of your body and provides lovely chants and music as well. Being able to reconnect to Yoga Circle Downtown classes virtually has been one of the few positive things about this pandemic.

So may restaurants and shops it's awesome. The views are great also. From various points, you'll be able to see the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz island and downtown. The area that houses the seals is also great.

I love this place because it's such a nice environment to do yoga in. The room is dark and only lit by candles (so even if you mess up, no one really notices and you won't feel bad lol), it smells like nice incense and not tofu feet like normal yoga studios, and they provide everything like mats, towels, showers, water, and a lot of extras like hair ties, hair spray, chapstick, heat tools, etc. It's actually insane how great the experience is, and I feel really calm afterwards.

Wow! I love myself some hot yoga but Jenny's 12:10 class took my love to the next level! The flow was perfectly paced, with each pose having 3-4 different levels to choose from. I was able to push myself to a level 3 or 4 when I felt like I could, and was able to do a level 1 pose when I was struggling. She made me feel like I was doing a great job the entire time! The Eucalyptus towel at the end of it sealed the deal for me. It was hot, energetic and made me feel so amazing the next day! Can't wait to come back!!!

I had a great time at Ritual Hot Yoga. I have tried a lot of yoga places in this area, and this was definitely my favorite! It was a really good workout, and the instructors were all very knowledgable about Yoga. I would definitely come back here!

I have been going to Ritual for a few months and really love it! The personal attention / assists are great and has helped me improve some of the basic postures. Sam and Brittany are my favorite teachers.

I'm in love with ritual yoga! I can't go back to any other type of flow now that I've experienced ritual. It's challenging and fun and is good for the soul. Great music and vibes from the rest of the class. You can go at your own level at any point but always encouraged to try more.

I never thought I would like hot yoga, but RHY changed my mind -- everything is well run and the classes are more than I've ever sweat in a 50 minute period. The temperature is enough to build up an incredible pace without pushing me to the verge of passing out as other hot yoga classes have. The facilities are remarkably very well kept given that everything operates at peak capacity around the end of the day. Looking forward to a second location! :-)
