A company who sold to Verizon; who then sold to digital Space-many aren't aware of the MASSIVE campaign of double billing-a class action is being considered due to the amount of people affected by this last sale-completely negligent-5000 people lost their services and worse, their emails-damages into the millions, possibly per customer will be sought

I switched from Comcast and couldn't be happier. XO Communications worked with my building to plan the install and once installed, the gigabit fiber is awesome. My interactions with customer service were great and the installers Larry Moore and Wayne Tzeng were super friendly and really know there stuff. I wish they could have stayed longer to talk but they already spent several hours getting the building ready. Wayne, hope you had a great trip to Japan! Highly recommend XO Communications!

how dose this company have any customers. worst customer service ever: * I called to cancel service in april/2019 * customer service did not enter the cancel request until the end of may. * they said it would be 45 days to pick up equipment, they didnt come get it until august(charging me for disconnected equipment, not under contract). *its December now, I'm still getting invoices, i've talked to customer server dozens of times, every month i have to call them and explain the entire story of my trying repeatedly to cancel, and they agree i should not be billed. *they lie and tell you that you are under contract and you cannot cancel. *after you cancel they bill you for months you didnt have service. *every time you talk to customer service they act like all issues are resolved and tell you what you want to hear, then you receive a bill the next month and repeat the cycle. * basically, service is junk, you cant cancel, if you try to cancel, you will be charge thousands of dollars even if you are not under contract, they will auto renew contracts for 3 years without your knowledge, once you finally mange to cancel, they will continue sending invoices betting some companies pay them without investigating. you could talk to customer service up to 20 times and each time they say whatever you want to hear, dose not matter you will still be billed.

What a nightmare for a company only made worse by Verizon buying this trashcan company. Won't cancel circuits, auto renewing THREE YEAR CONTRACTS ON nearly useless T1 circuits. Then tries to charge me all 3 years up front after actually getting it cancelled plus illegally charging me the taxes on undelivered future services. Total scam. I'll be reporting them to state attorney general.

XO Communications has great customer service and the speeds have always been good where I lived. When it came time to move, they walked me through the process and got me set up with an appointment real quick. Neil Sigua turned up to setup XO Communications in my new apartment. He came in early and was very professional. He made quick work of the installation and was in and out of the apartment in half an hour! Nonetheless he was a pleasure to talk to and super helpful!

My business has been off line (internet and phones) for two days. Spent every moment trying to find somebody to help. Gave up trying to find somebody who cares. Every call to customer service is somebody who gives me a different story. Stated to them that can not get emails as the XO internet is down. As of this moment nobody has called back. I'm sure the only way to get their attention is to move my other 5 business off XO to a competitor. Doubt that will matter either but at least I will get closer to what I am paying for. They are by textbook definition criminals. Never again!!

Mega sized Verizon has had 5 days to resolve why phones are down at the medical office where I work. Completely incompetent and uncaring. Verizon 5 days ago: it's the local circuit, assigned to local partner (also Verizon lol). Local partner 4 days ago: it is working, ticket closed. Me 4 days ago: No, it's not working , did you actually try to call to test? Please reopen ticket. Verizon 3 days ago: it's the local circuit, assigned to local partner. Me, multiple times over the next two days: What is the status? This is a medical office! Verizon last night: it's the local circuit. A technician has been assigned. Today, 5 days in still nothing, and 20k patients can't reach their doctors, and we can reach them, nor can we send or receive faxes. Solution? Ditching Verizon. Lesson: Businesses, don't rely on Verizon.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. i agree with all prior comments and just wanted to add that as of today's date nothing has gotten better. Currently I have not been able to access our company web site - despite an urgent need- because XO transferred us to a new hosting company without our knowledge and in the process apparently did not retain the same access and PW. Plus they provided an incorrect administration email. I could go on - but let's just say their service is SO LOUSY that its almost funny. But isn't.
