What a difference a year makes! Last year I saw Carlos Martinez here, and he was FANTASTIC. Made me immediately comfortable that I chose this company and confident that I should come back and that I should not do my own taxes. This year, I called and the receptionist told me he is no longer there but that I could see Mario the owner. I went for my appt and they instead gave me a young girl, told me I could not choose who will take care of me, and sent me into the cubicle of that young girl whose license on the wall was from 2020. I sat there trying to give her a chance, but she gave me ZERO confidence. Stone face, no smile, no reassurance that I couldn't just use TurboTax and get a better result so I left. Carlos Martinez where are you????

Mario is the best! I worked with him in 2017 and 2018 and then moved out of state and ran into some issues with the LA Office of Finance. Even though I don't live in LA anymore he's been more than willing to hop on the phone and explain things to me, and point me in the right direction. This place is great and the pricing is super reasonable!! Highly recommend!! Thanks Mario!

I went here according to the reviews I came to do my taxes here and screwed me over! The person that did my taxes did not enter my information correctly and now I owe the irs abt 945.00 with penalties!!! Check your paperwork work before it gets processed!! Never coming here!!

My local and go to place when I need to fax a few documents or make copies. I've left a few papers before and the lady is always nice about it and has them put away waiting for me when I come back to pick it up.

Great customer service and very down to earth and knowledgeable tax staff. I learned a lot about taxes that I didn't know about. So glad I found this place! Pricing is reasonable and not too much for average income taxes. I feel they genuinely care about clients and do their best to help. My case was a little more complex and overall I think it's worth the money. I plan to continue with their services for future taxes!

I have been doing my taxes at A&M Income Tax Service since 2011 and have only great things to say about Mario and his team.Taxes always scared and overwhelmed me and I would dread to file them. Mario has helped me through tax times patiently and has answered any questions that have come up. He is very knowledgeable about new laws and is very easy to talk to. I have recommended his service to friends and family.

I went to A & M for the first time to have my income tax prepared. Mario was extremely professional, and I got a great return. I filed on the 29th and already received my state refund. I use to go to Liberty Tax, but they are only around during tax season, if you have a tax problem or questions during the year, you have no one to go to. I'm happy with my new CPA, whom is also a paralegal. Once tax season is behind us, A &M will be helping me with my living trust preparation which will be a fraction of the cost that a law firm would charge. If you haven't made that change, do it now.
