Service is absolutely lacking... NO ONE offered any assistance.. NO ONE other than the security guard acknowledged us.. couldn't find my size in work shoes... im size 12... most went up to size 10 11... went upstairs to find athletic shoes... once again, no size 12's ... I gave up and was heading to the door when I saw a pair of sneakers my size just laying around nowhere near the sneaker aisle... tried it on and it fit perfectly... went to get in line ... I was the ONLY one in line.. cashier was fiddling with register... didn't even looked up.. when she was done.. I waited.. and waited... finally I approached her.. she didn't even say hi.. I paid and left.

Shoes for all your family at this store and very good prices. Friendly staff and also very clean. Would recommend to shop here.

Visited on a weekday afternoon. Store is clean and well stocked. I found the items i was looking for pretty easily. Prices are not bad at all. I found some shoes for work at $40. I would do some shopping here again.

WSS allows 20% discount for veter- ans on top of their fair pricing. Kids need shoes???

I used to come to WSS & try to get some Nike dunks or Jordan's but that well has dried up lol. Customer service is non existent but the stores are always clean & I stopped going because the cashiers I've experienced lately at the Pico & western location are terrible. These are clean but got them cheaper at footlocker sigh

I arrived after 5 pm and there was plenty of parking, the sales associates were friendly, and I was able to find what I needed right away. Checkout was fast and easy.
