The worst apartments to move into!!!!!!'. Head management is impossible to reason with and the day security never does their job. You literally will get a noise complaint for every little noise doesn't matter the time of day, no way to even live in your home. They invade privacy and allow staff and other residence to do as such and everything breaks in your apartment every week something will Need to be fixed. I have had nothing but a negative experience since living here. Although the units are gorgeous it is not worth the money and the location is very dangerous. This building cares more about the money coming in than the quality of living for the residence. I was left without air conditioner for weeks (keep in mind this is a dog friendly building and I have dogs and the units get extremely hot from all the windows). I'm very disappointed because I was very excited to

Living at Sunset Vine Tower has truly been a fantastic experience! It's located at the iconic corner of Sunset Blvd and Vine St in the heart of central Hollywood, perfect for someone who loves the Hollywood vibe and a premium lifestyle. There’s always something fun and interesting happening around here.
The building's standout feature has to be the floor-to-ceiling glass walls. They let in a great amount of natural light that makes your home feel open, bright, and airy. The panoramic views are amazing, featuring natural sunrises and the city lights at night, with vistas of the Hollywood Hills and sign, downtown, west side, ocean horizon, and more, depending on your unit location. The very high ceilings add to the feeling of spaciousness. The units are modern and loft-style, but features like wood floors and the fixtures still make it feel warm, like a home.
Practical amenities here really make things easier. The 24-hour staffed front desk service means I don’t have to worry about package deliveries, which they receive and hold for me. The secured underground parking is a huge plus, especially in this busy area. The building is currently installing a lot more electric vehicle chargers in the garage for those who have or want an EV. The in-unit washer and dryer are a big time-saver; you can also send out and receive laundry at the desk to a nearby dry cleaners and wash and fold.
There is a very nice pool area with a good amount of sun for lounging, relaxing, and socializing. The pool area also has an outdoor barbecue grill perfect for gatherings, or you can simply go down the elevator and grill your dinner. There’s a conference room for business meetings. The building has a gym for a quick to get to workout, but many residents also belong to one of several top gyms and fitness studios that are located just one to a few blocks away (Equinox and 24 Hour Fitness are each just one block away; LA Fitness and Golds not much farther).
For those with active, fun-seeking lifestyles, including me, the location couldn’t be better. There's everything from top-tier restaurants like Mother Wolf and Gwen to lively and view-abundant rooftop bars like Grandmaster Recorders and Mamma Shelter, not to mention numerous coffee shops, nightclubs, and lounges, all within walking distance. The Palladium, Pantages, and Avalon are only a few blocks away, along with private clubs like Neuehouse and The Aster. Trader Joe’s is just a block away, making grocery runs, and "I forgot something" situations, quick and easy. On Sundays, I enjoy strolling through the Hollywood Farmers Market. Griffith Park is just a ten-minute drive if you’re into hiking. Also, with the Arclight Cinemas and the Cinerama Dome, located literally next door and planning to reopen in 2025, movie nights here are about to go to a whole new level!
Recently, a new management duo has arrived on-site, bringing great fresh energy to the building. They’ve been introducing a series of improvements that have been very welcome. They are approachable and genuinely invested in the residents' experience and lifestyle, as well as the quality of the building’s function and appearance. Similarly, the building engineer and maintenance team are very quick to respond if something needs fixing, and it’s clear they really care about keeping the place looking good and keeping things functioning well. The new management team just threw an outdoor pool party for residents with food and drinks, which was a fun way to meet new building neighbors, reconnect with other residents, and kick off the pool season. I’m looking forward to more of these SVT events in the future.
Overall, living at Sunset Vine Tower is an incredible, one-of-a-kind experience. It combines the luxury of modern amenities and truly unique building architecture, with the convenience and excitement of urban living in a fun, lively part of town. If you’re searching for a home that offers a premium lif

The whole staff at Sunset Tower is amazing. I think it’s new staff actually. Shout out to Rudy the maintenance guy for getting my penthouse ready and always on a timely manner. The moment I need something fixed or handled it’s done same day which goes along way and is greatly appreciated by the residents. Oliver and Joyce the leasing staff, always goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are satisfied as well.

My fiancé and I have been living at SVT for a few months now and I can truly say, WE LOVE IT HERE! From feeling safe to enjoying our view every day it's such a great feeling. The security, leasing office, maintenance man, they are all so kind and make us feel at home. We've also made friends with our neighbors on our floor as well as below us. Everyone is friendly. Since we've moved in, Rosie (the propery manager) has been so helpful and answered any questions we had. She checks on her tenants to ensure they are happy which I LOVE! Makes us feel more at home knowing that she cares and knows our name, as well as our fur baby :) I highly recommend looking into living here. There's lots to do such as walk the stars, lay out by the pool, make you a cup of coffee from the coffee machine downstairs in the lobby. Not to mention, there are 3 different Targets in less than 3 miles of eachother, Starbucks in walking distance, and a Trader Joe's a block away. You won't regret living here!!!!

Gerard Edrick Garcia gave me a wonderful tour of the 15th-floor apartments today. Gerard quickly responded to our call and was able to meet us within 15 minutes. He also gave us a lot of apartment ideas, showed us other apartments, and gave us full information about the apartments we are delighted to meet you. Thanks for the highly qualified staff and we hope that we will soon become part of your building.

This is my second year living in Sunset Vine Tower and I couldn't be happier with the experience of living in this beautiful loft, perfect for my work and lifestyle.
The staff is very nice. Jessica and Farryl at the leasing office are always very helpful for anything I might need or resolve. The front desk also has very nice staff, always welcoming with a smile, and the maintenance team always provides excellent service.
I'm so happy to live at Sunset Vine Tower!

This company has transphobic security working the building (josh) and Rosie is unhelpful towards residents. A resident can become homeless for a night or get the cops called on them for simply losing their key fob. Disgusting behavior from a high end tower. And the allowed transphobia against a resident and it's not the first time... Not understanding why there's now way to look up a resident and get an ID to cross reference and get them up to their penthouse. Either way what happened because of your companies failures are more failures and disgusting behavior that will not be tolerated. The transphobia didn't need to happen, the cops didn't need to be called on a trans woman who is a resident!
