Close to my work so I stopped on the way home.Big mistake.Multiple pumps would not accept a credit card.Had to deal with the sketchy mean clerk.Won't go back.

I've used this station for more than 15 years. It has changed drastically in terms of personnel professionalism. The kiosk staff is very unfriendly. Such attitude! The pump cancelled my transaction once I opted to apply my Ralphs rewards points. Shady. I had to redo the transaction without using my rewards account.Of note, the prices displayed on the marquee are CASH prices. This hasn't been the case in the past. The prices posted were the prices you paid less any discounts.There are two gas stations further east of this station. My advice is to use them instead.

Poor service and poor attitudes. The gas prices on all signs indicated 4.49, with my Ralph rewards (0.20 saving/gallon) my price should have been 4.29c/gallon. Luckily, before pumping I checked to confirm the price which reads 4.59! So I went inside to explain to this piss poor cashier or dare i say Customer Service Representative, immediately he told me he would give me my money back. Began counting my cash back to me, then explained had I pumped the gas and waiting for the receipt the proper price would have shown on receipt. To which I asked why didn't he just say that before refunding my money and cancelling out my rewards savings! His response was that he didn't want any problems. Almost laughable but I was experiencing this in real time. So yes his resolution was to cause more irritation by processing an un requested refund and telling me to go to another gas station than to answer the question with the logical answer, "pump ur gas and ur receipt will reflect the correct pricing". Naturally my volume increased and I began to repeat what had just transpired. To which some bystander interrupts to reiterate that he has the right to refuse my service and to take her 10 and go to the next gas station lol.

Worst employee ever!!! I was hoping to get gas in here, but when I got to the pump, it wouldn't accept my card. While I made my way to the cashier, two people were looking at ice cream and took their sweet time. Then I inquired as to whether the pump was operational. He said yes, but you must wait until the other two are finished. But then I was like, you don't see them looking at ice cream and can't make up their mind?? He looked at me as if I don't speak English!!!. How in earth you employee that kinda people!! DO BETTER!!

Worst employee/ownerI just poured $70 of gas and wanted to park there late on sunday night for 10 mins (next to the free customer parking sign) to grab a burger form Irv's next door. He comes out and says pay $20 or I will tow your car. Scumbag business - don't support em!

If you're looking for gas in West Hollywood it's going to be expensive but this location at least is competitive. They have a mini snack shop with not a lot of options but enough to get you by.They do offer air for tires so that definitely is helpful

Man this sweet honey of a gas station really made up for the time I was here. Had a really rough night last night but huge learning lessons nevertheless.The light is always at the end of the tunnel... and for me this Shell Gas really fueled me up.I pray for blessings for this company in regards to respect, confidence, charming, affectionate, prosperous, and consideration from fellow Yelpers.God bless this Sanctuary... 10000000/10Will come again!

When stopping at this busy Shell gas station to fill up my tank the pump wouldn't work and the message on screen said to see cashier inside to pay. I went into the small booth where the attendant was and informed her I want to pay cash to fill up. She asked how much do I want, I knew I needed about $25 to $30 worth of gas so I gave her $30 bucks and went back out to pump gas. The total after fill up came to $28. I had to go back into the small booth and asked cashier for the change and received $2. Afterwards I looked at the receipt and found it strange reading Cash $40 - Change Due $-10 Cash Due $-2. My receipt also says my cashier was Mike, when the cashier was female. Possibility of a typo???If the owners want to message me I'd be happy to answer any questions.

Very friendly staff and great prices. It's great location u don't have issue getting in or leaving the station It's small inside, not ur typical gas station .they have few snacks and few soft drink They have paid air pump.
