I hadn't been here in like 10 years last time I went I got fungus. Figured it was new owners so I give it a try again.Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I got a gel pedicure. The lady seem to be a beginner and i was guiding her through the process. She literally cut my skin for 3 mins. I had to tell her ohh no you got to do better than that. The gel chipped the next day. But most importantly I got fungus. I also paid $7 extra for callous remover. She barely put anything on my feet and they were still rough when she was doneService: Foot massages

I had a terrible experience after getting a pedicure. During the pedi they sliced my skin next to my nails and told me it was normal. I ended up with a granuloma forcing me to get my toenail fully removed.Service: Pedicure

I've been coming here for 3 years. The staff is always so pleasant and quiet when Hayley the owner is around. Once she is gone everyone is really rude and the language barrier makes it even worse to communicate with anyone .I went in last night with my Daughter who is 4. She always gets her nails done with Tammy and they have a special chair for children's pedicure she is relatively well behaved and has been getting her pedicures along with me because she has huge separation anxiety so I liked the fact they were so accommodating. They charge me for my Daughter $50 dollars for her manicure and pedicure so I except the job would be as professional as If it were being done to anyone else. My Daughter does not pick at her nails so the Gelish last as long as 2 weeks. Yesterday when we got home as I put her to bed the Gelish from two of the nails on her toes had already come off. I went in this morning and asked for it to get it fixed. With no one making eye contact and just ignored me and one of the nail techs I believe was in charge just said "later, later." Not have a seat , will be right with you nothing. I waited my turn and another lady came in after me no appointment just a walk-in asking for a pedicure. When it was my turn they said no I have to wait another 10 minutes. This is when I was disappointed and upset at the fact that no one even asked me what the problem was they just said I had to wait. I told them No, and if they were not going to fix the the mistake I was just going to leave and take my business else where. I tried calling the owner since I Zelle her all my payments. I'll include my message in the pictures. She never got back to me. Don't spend your money here. Also 2 weeks prior to this I had the Gel X done and the nails started to flick of in the first 4 days that the older gentlemen that works there had applied. I mentioned this to Hayley also and she made it sound like I was getting a super deal on did not charge me the Gel X removal that was still on my nails from the previous nail set. They sacrifice customer service and good quality service for quick profits definitely not coming back. Chic nails down the street is a little pricier down the street but there service and nail application is excellent I am going to go there instead.

My friend suggested I check this place out. I went as a walk in and didn’t wait long, but my experience with my nail technician was so so. Unfortunately she cut my cuticles too deep and made two of my toes bleed. She was nice, but the pedicure could have been better. The nail salon employees are kind, but this place is not for me.

Breaks my heart to give this place a bad review, but had an awful experience yesterday on top of things I had overlooked before simply cause it's walking distance from my house. I've been coming for about 2 years here, sometimes with myself for pedis and full sets and sometimes with my little 4-year old girl and gets her hands and toes painted about once a month or so. My cousin told me she was treating me to a set and told me to take her to my nail shop, which is usually this one. It's outdated and run down and I'm not quite sure they disinfect their tools in between guests (these are the things I was choosing to overlook because their pricing is moderate $30-$50 sets). Also, unrelated, most other nail shops include callous remover scrub in their pedicures. This one is $20 for getting your feet wet plus $5 for the callous remover. Rip-off in my opinion. Anyway, typically I get a basic acrylic set, however my cousin typically splurges for a nicer design and shape. She came in with some grown gel-x nails from another shop, she was gunna get them removed and had mentioned she wanted a ballerina shape with an ombré effect. There were 2 males at the front, across from the owner who were mainly receiving nail sets. I didn't recognize one, so I asked to be sat with the other man. Long story, short, that guy that I hadn't seen before got to taking off my cousin's nails and get started on her nails. He didn't listen or understand cause from the beginning she had said she wanted ballerina/ombré effect. Guy started doing regular powder and apparently for ombré, it's a 2 powder thing they gotta do. "No biggie" she said, "do regular acrylic and I'll choose a design." Turns out the guy couldn't do that either cause he didn't know, so then, she gets shuffled to the other male nail tech, who apparently doesn't know how to do designs either so then he said he would have the owner do her design but the owner basically in their language told him (second guy) to finish her up, that she wasn't going to do it. She got such terrible nails at the end, they weren't straight and neither was the design. Her pedicure was also poorly done. I felt awful because I had suggested to her we come here. When it came time to pay they were charging her $80 for the fugly nail set, I asked if they could give her a discount because she was obviously not happy with the work. He turned to ask his boss lady in their language and she said "no" so then my cousin asked them to remove them because they were hideous, so the guy says "OK, $70" my cousin was still aggravated and said "Whatever, charge me." And he still charged her the full $80! She paid $187 for services she was not happy with and was not addressed appropriately as a business for a job poorly done. I paid $58. That's $245 with our visit! You'd think they'd try to do a good job or remedy what was going on! I felt embarrassed for suggesting we come here and I definitely need to pay for my cousins next visit to the nail shop, which most certainly will not be here. It's expensive and do subpar work and don't give AF about quality or customer retention. AVOID THIS SHOP and go to where the business will listen and make an effort to understand and communicate if they can or can't do what is asked before making everyone pissed and where they care about the quality of work they provide.

I'm not someone that likes to write bad reviews but today is the day for this place to get my review and opinion. My cousin and I walked in for full set and pedicure, got seated right away to remove my previous nails. Keep in mind, I had Gel X nails so they need to have them soak, so I got my pedicure first.. when I told what shape and color I wanted I said ballerina shape and pink/white ombré effect. A few mins later they started my nails with regular powder. And was told no ombré effect was possible, to do, its 2 different powders and they had already started with the regular powder while getting my pedi, so I said fine I'll look for a color and design and let you know when I find one I really liked, which was French tip but thinner design like one of the pics but in white. But no I got this instead and was changed 80$ for this horrible set. That's the price I usually pay for Gel X color and design and tip. I wouldn't recommend this place if ur looking for an specific design or deep shape..but if ur looking for something basic and one solid color this is for u. My nails shape is way to square for what a ballerina shape is. And that's not all! As you can see, my toes dnt have a straight shape.. I love the color but the shape is way to off. Like u could've cut more if it wasn't looking even.... I wish i could give them a another chance but I won't be going back for nails nor pedicure..any time soon. My cousin saw how upset I was even ask to see if they would give a discount but no I paid 80$ for my Nails and 48$ for my toes. Never again I paid $128 for this horrible work. I'm so mad!

My pedicure was OK and the woman was nice but she didn't fire up the massage chair (so I did it myself). They charge the same as other, much nicer, places (like Le's on Fig next-door to the Taco Bell @ Ave. 61) and this place is really a dump: raggedy fixtures and chairs and just a mess. I only went here b/c I couldn't get a walk-in at Le's and I won't be back; I'll make an appointment next time.

I am so glad to have found this nail salon. My natural nails actually got a real manicure before the gel polish was put on. It is so refreshing to get a manicure and pedicure from technicians who listen to what the customer wants. Additionally, it's so reasonably priced. It was an amazing experience and I cannot thank them enough. Thank you very much. I will definitely be back!Services: Manicures

I've been going to them for a couple of years now. Yes prices have gone up a bit but what business hasn't after the pandemic. Everyone that has taken care of me always does a great job.
