Bought form them years ago. Had ordered some install accessories, cdt speakers and rcas,wiring etc. Everything arrived fast and well shipped. Just today had an awesome interaction with Kerry, and made me a guaranteed return customer to get the final items for my old school inspired Image Dynamics build. Best customer service I've ever experienced. Sundown wouldn't warrenty their defective product so WoofersEtc gave me a hell of a deal on a recone and saved me a few hundred bucks.
