I don't know what all the complaining is about with all these other customers. Clearly if you don't appreciate the food then go ahead and go home and cook yourself a meal and avoid all this negative bias on here. The customer service is great and immediately felt welcomed. The food was also amazing and no complaints on my part. First person to attend me was Ashley and she was by far extremely helpful in helping me figure out what I should get on my first order here at wing-stop. Loved the vibes and energy the staff gave out. Will be back again soon.

The staff at wingstop did not feel like working today. The food was not fresh. Fries are hard bad enough they have them sitting in a basket getting cold. Cajun corn had no flavor. Original hot wings & hot honey have no flavor. There's feathers on the chicken. Im so upset. Wing stop do better.nobody wants to spend their hard working money on bullshit food.

i got food poisoning and wingstop was all i ate that day so i can confirm it was from the chicken; please avoid this wingstop at all costs!!!! i ordered the garlic parm and lemon pepper do not

THIEVES…..I ordered a 15 piece bone in, large voodoo fries, a drink, and a brownie. When the driver came, he handed me my drink and an unopened bag with my food. After opening the bag, I began to take the food out, then I noticed that the brownie I paid for was not in the bag. I called this store and spoke to a manager. First, the manager tried to insult my intelligence by telling me that it was DoorDashs fault on their app. Which to me is impossible. So he then states for me to accept a store credit for the brownie. I asked him can’t he just refund the money back that was took. I then asked him why do yall have menu items for sale when yall don’t have the items.So basically, they took my money. Yea it was around 3 dollars but it was mines. Also, how they tried to handle the situation tells me that that was not the first or the last time they take people money.

i've ordered delivery and ordered in person at this location, and i'm surprised it has such a low rating. so far, each experience has been good. the food is always fresh and even with deliveries, they don't mess up the order. in person, the employees are friendly. just wish they'd bring back the raspberry iced tea but besides that, no complaints so far!

The food here is always pretty good, though sometimes they put a ridiculous amount of sauce on the chicken sandwich unless you tell them to go light. The service here has been consistently poor the last few times I've gone to pick up my food. I always order through the app so by the time I walk a few blocks to get there the food is ready. Tonight I get there, ask if my order is ready. The young man behind the register tells me "2 minutes it will be ready". Cool, I'm chill, in no hurry so I look around to find a place to sit. Very small dining area with 3 tables. One is empty so I sit and look at my phone. Waiting, waiting. About 5 minutes pass and someone comes in to pick up an order so he's being helped by a man who is seen working in the kitchen. After he done helping this customer, another customer who had been waiting at a table asks about his order and it had been sitting on the shelf. He was upset and expressed that he'd been waiting right next to the counter the whole time. So I then get up and the man is back in the kitchen. I'm standing at the counter waiting. Now more than 10 minutes had gone by since I had arrived. I wait bother minute before he comes out of the kitchen and I ask him about my order. There it was, sitting on the shelf the whole time while I was waiting. I said to him " man, I've been sitting here the whole time" after he tells me he called my name a while ago. Needless to say, when I got home the fries were ice cold and mushy. I have suggestions for you at Wingstop. First, if you're going to play the music so loud, make sure you're calling customers at an equal or greater volume. Second, the young man working behind the register should be paying more attention to the waiting customers, especially after he takes their name. He saw me waiting and took no initiative to see if my order was ready. I work with people on a daily basis, it doesn't take much to engage in your job a bit. This is the second time this has happened. I like your food so I'd hate to stop going because your customer service sucks.

gonzalo was very friendly and helpful. although, the place was dirty & tables were filthy with old sauce. the teas were broken & the sweet tea was old. there were several people just standing around on their phone while the tall girl with a bun…she was bilingual however, she is such a horrible service attendant. she forgot about my food, i stood to ask her a question & i was standing there for 5 minutes while she was 2 ft away from me JUST ON HER PHONE. then proceeded to tell me that someone had stole my food when it was behind her.. she couldve been more thoughtful and actually looked through the bags behind her instead of simply just glancing. i waited 45 minutes for unseasoned cold fries, when i paid for season fresh fries. the guy behind me was even waiting for ONE HOUR prior to me. this is such a horrible customer service place.

Clean, tasty, great value for money, fast and the staff is also very friendly. The snack bar offers only a few seating areas and is primarily geared towards pick-up. Nevertheless, we always got a place. The different sauces are great and make a positive difference compared to the competitors. I had a highly disappointing experience here that I feel compelled to share. The incident occurred when I visited the restaurant to claim a replacement meal, which was offered to me by the General Manager, Gonzales, due to an error they made with my initial order. Unfortunately, the entire encounter was marred by the extremely rude behavior of an employee named Luis (if he didn't lie to me and give me a fake name)Upon calling the restaurant during my lunch break, I was informed by Luis that he would not be able to fulfill my replacement meal request unless the General Manager was present. This was completely unacceptable, as I had already started driving there based on the assurance that I could pick up my order at any time, simply by providing my name and mentioning the GM's name.Feeling frustrated and wanting to address the issue, I called back to request the corporate contact information in order to lodge a complaint. To my surprise, Luis answered the phone and curtly stated that they were not allowed to provide the number over the phone. When I inquired about the reason behind this policy, he had no explanation whatsoever. I then asked him where I could find the number on their website, hoping for some assistance, but he refused to help and simply said, "If it's not there, then I don't know what to tell you," before abruptly hanging up on me once again.The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism displayed by Luis throughout the entire interaction was shocking. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially when I am dealing with an issue caused by the restaurant's own mistakes. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a sour impression of Luis and this wing-stop location, and I am compelled to share my story with others.I strongly urge the management of this location to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. Rude and unhelpful behavior from employees should never be tolerated, as it reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. The only thing the manager named Luis is doing is managing to scare customers away! I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that appropriate measures will be implemented to improve the customer service here at this wing-stop location. Until then, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others, as I believe that a dining experience should be enjoyable not only because of the food but also because of the treatment received from the staff.
